While I don't think that Allison has a leg to stand on in her suit against Chris, I can see the perspective from both sides as to why they think they are the wronged party here.

But I am very concerned about how the writers are writing for Chris. This latest incarnation (no fault of the actor's) is way too harsh. And he certainly crossed the line by locking them in the room together the other day. That alone would get him in trouble. But this is not the history of Chris. In previous years, Chris has always been the great guy.........especially years ago when he was set up by Katie. But this latest version is going the way of Adam Hughes if this keeps up. What is the desire the writers seem to have for ruining a Hughes male character. This family is the backbone of the history of the show and I don't like it one bit.
