But I guess Holden is so brain damaged that he has forgotten Carly is the one who has gotten Lily in trouble in the past & am I the only one who remembers the lectures Holden us to give Lily about Carly's bad influence?????

I have always viewed Carly as someone who was seriously misguided but also as a woman who learned the error of her ways. If she hooks up with Holden, then I'm really fed up with any storyline involving her and him. I just wish the writers would make Carly focus on being a mother and a businesswoman for awhile and develop a little restraint. I have to believe that Carly is motivated to go down this path with Holden as a way to stick it to Jack for his rejection of her. But she's not even thinking about her children or her best friend, Lily. Carly's selfish carelessness will ultimately cost her everyone's respect since Oakdale seems to have bottomless respect for the Snyders.

WEll...Holden isn't thinking with his brainhead at the moment and he has always had a big double standard when it comes to Lily's actions versus his. I miss MB so much, as much as I detest Carly's actions in this, it just doesn't come across as the betrayal that it is because of nulily, IMO. For all her faults, MB could play Lily as a pitiful victim and I just don't feel this for the new one, unfortunately. Like the actress fine, wish she'd come on the show as a new character,..maybe for Jack, but not as Lily. Didn't mean to get off topic, I do find Carly and Holden so silly. Can't wait till those pics are seen by Jack

I love Carly & Holden together also. Carly didn't go after him if anything she was trying to do everything to help Lily & Holden. Let Lily hook up with Mike!

Huh, "Thanks, Friend." "IF" Carly was a true friend, she wouldn't dare seduce her best friend's husband...no matter what Lily's done....she didn't do it to Carly!! And if she felt attracted to him, (after all you can't help how you feel), she would avoid him like the plague. Holden, has cheated on Lily in the past, he had no stones to throw. At least Lily didn't go after Jack.

Lily wasn't right to sleep with Dusty, but she had been told by Holden that he didn't know if he loved her anymore before she slept with Dusty. Lily is (or was) weak and needy for sure but she's never betrayed a friend. Not to mention Mr Pious Holden certainly isn't be "HONEST" (that word he supposedly loves) with Lily.

Give it a rest, Carly is not going after Holden, if anything happens, fate put them together. First Jack was acting like a jerk and so was Lillie, who needed to go off and find herself, how many times is this man (Holden)suppose to be left with the kids while she goes thru the motions. The world does not revolve around jack & Lillie. The entire time Carly was trying to make up to Jack, he wanted Katie so, but he didn't want Carly to live her own life he was always threatening to take the kids away, only 1 of which is really his.

Of course she didn't go after Jack, she's in love with a DEADMAN, Dusty, everyone need to stop putting Carly on the Spot saying she's seducing Holden, both have tried to avoid each other, and she keeps trying to get him back to his family, but enough already!! And Kids are stronger than you think, veryone exept maybe Parker, but the girls seem to have a wonderful time with Holden and Carly and if I didn't know better, i thought the girls tried to set the two up together.

Carly & Holden tried to avoid each other. carly did not want him to go to the camp.
What I don't get is why they didn't tell Winkie that the girls were cousins and they were not married. They must have known 2 families of Snyders had registered for camp. Wouldn't each family have been given a seperate cottage?

I have to go along with all these posts. I really don't like this SL. I know they are both guilty but Carly has never had any boundaries where men are concerned. She needs to pay attention to her family and work but she is really working Holden. If she had any CLASS she would keep her distance from him. jmo
