YAHOOOOOO! She told the bully off and probably scared him too...he is a punk. Go Allison! And for a change Susan seems to have taken her daughters' side...about time imo.
I loved that she stood tall, and with her head up and wouldn't let any of them intimidate her...Lisa had in a damn corner! I wish Allison had stuck it to her too. But she didn't back down...I loved it!

This is the way I see it: Chris should set Sexual Harassment charges on Allison in return. She is the one that made the first move this last time and then hung him out to dry again. Yes Dr. Chris should have not said anything to the floor supervisor about Allison, but as far as the nursing program she did not make it on her own. Dr. Chris should have never helped her get the makeup test and I hope that is brought out in court and her bad lab work. She is a Nurses Aid and nothing more. I will hope that All the Stewart women’s flings come out. I think that Chris has as strong of case as Allison when it comes to Sexual Harassment charges!! They are both to fault and Aaron will learn sooner or later. Aaron just wants some of Allison also, after all it is Chris that broke them off before and Emily broke Chris and Allison off. Tom needs to get his head out of his @$$ and file counter suit. Chris also needs to go The Intruder and get Allison’s past published or even better go the Oakdale Now.
They are both in the wrong so drop it.
Just for the recored I do not agree in anyone being Sexual Harassment or misuseing Misusing Sexual Harassment to benifit.

Chris can't sue Allie for sexual harrasment, you have to be in a postion of power for harrasment to occur.

I think that girl snooping around the hospital everytime chris and allie were together Is the reason why allie got kicked out of nusring school..

I wasn't watching when she started nursing school, just started again when Chris busted into the farm and saw her there with Aaron in a tshirt....But....It sounds like she got kicked out because she didn't get the material. I guess it would depend on what the policy prior was for people getting kicked out of nursing program. From what I understand, she still was passing.

Chris used his position to get her thrown out of the Nursing program and he used a big fat lie to get her taken off of patient care...using his position again...and it was ONLY after she wouldn't sleep with him and turned him down...If she hadn't gone to Emma's Farm to calm down and study...WITH MEG by the way, not Aaron, and he hadn't seen her with Aaron, he wouldn't have let his jealousy and his bitterness and his anger influence him to do what he did. Allison DID NOT flunk out of Nursing School...she was struggling, but just as she finally got comfortable in the program and all of her studying, the work began to make sense and became clear. But Chris had already stuck his nose and INFLUENCE as the HEAD of the hospital's son; it was too late. That Nasty nurse didn't like Allison because the entire hospital thinks she was Chris's girlfriend and that is why she jumped when Chris would "TALK" with her...I hope she gets transferred because she is a liar and she and Chris got caught by Bob putting their BS story together. If they did nothing wrong, it wouldn't have become necessary to meet in secret to do that. Allison has/had no power in this situation and Chris had it all. And she NEVER used Chris, HE is the one that wouldn't stay away and kept convincing her she needed his help to STUDY, not go to bed. She couldn't do it and that is why each time he tried to get it on with her she would freeze up...He even convinced her that she was mentally unstable because she couldn't have sex with him... She couldn't do it...that made him angry and he used HIS POWER to hurt her by taking away what she loved. She already has poor self confidence in herself and Chris has done nothing but make her feel worse, imo. So Chris has no case to counter sue and Tom and Bob and anybody else knows that...they want Allison to basically eat her harsh treatment and go on like it never happened...I sure as hell wouldn't...I hope she wins and they send Chris out on the next bus out of town...he has been a punk and a bully since he came to town, imo.
