I don't understand the hospital allowing her to go back to work at this point. If there is a lawsuit against them, lgally would they want her there? I doubt it.

If they let her go then that would be worse for them! Legally they can't!

Absolutely! That only shows that the hospital knows Chris crossed the line. And the Nursing Supervisor's head would roll also because she lied along with Chris. She has a good case, but I would walk around with a tape recorder and tape all of the threats that Chris is making when he backs her into a corner. As for them exposing her past...who doesn't know about it? It was shown to the whole town. So I wouldn't let them scare me off. NO Damn Way! She really needs a good support system with her family, but they are so busy thinking of themselves, they are not thinking about Allison, only what this can mean in their lives. Emily wants to see Chris fried for dumping her and Susan is afraid of her past coming up. They are not thinking about the harm Chris has done to Ali. I hope the writer's don't screw up this storieline. I want Ali to come out stronger and more confidant in herself...her self-esteem is at an all time low, and Chris is the cause of it.
