OMG...this story is getting to me...grrrr! Who ARE these people??? None of them are recognizable anymore! I think I will take a little personal time off and go to the Zoo: At least there what u see is what you get....lol
My Blood Pressure and My Heart will thank me I know... because this show is turning into something absolutely crazy and unrecognizable imo; like watching a Really Bad Movie that you walk out on...We were doing better before the writers came back...Character Assassination has been going on with every one of our characters. To watch what the writers are doing is hard sometimes...I want my wonderful show back...The people of Oakdale are complex and wacky, but oh so lovable...at least they were. The Snyders are tiresome in the extreme and the new Mike and the other new characters can "eaze on down the road" as far as I am concerned...And Sofie can take her unhygienic, disgusting azz out of town or to the nearest straight jacket...etc. etc. Sorry about the rant, but this is getting tiresome.

Hi...Haven't been on for a few days...I just took a break and tonight I was watching CBS and they showed coming attractions and it looks like the Carly/Holden/Lily/Jack mess is going forward instead of being a little uncomfortable and keeping things on the right side of the blanket so to speak...and now that Cole is back, I guess we have a real nasty mess coming up there to add to the disgusting pseudo delusional rape that Sophie made up and Stupid Mike is swallowing. OH and let's not forget the fake attack on Janet to get closer to Brad and Janet moving into Katie's Home that SHE bought and decorated, that was no overnight bag the Skank packed. If I was Katie I would ...I would kick Brad in his lower regions and Juicy Janet would be Dehydrated Janet by the time I was through with her...And her delinguent Daughter as well...THE NERVE! And all of a sudden Brad is this MEATHEAD...Dead from the neck up...labotamized, robotic, moronic, Idiot or puppet... that basically is Lying to Katie...omitting to tell her what he is doing is the same as lying IMO.

It is definitely not too late for Katie to get out of this mess...he has given her the Okay to bail if it is too much and this last insult is just too much in my book. I hope we don't end up with a real rape story...but it looks like Chris may force himself on Allison...I hope Aaron manages to stop it in time...when he locked that door on the previews Chris looked crazy...He and Sofie should have stayed together. They could have shared padded cells...this guy is an ugly dark character...whatever happened to the wonderful misunderstood Chris? They are writing him into a corner as they have Nutty Sophie...the only cure is to get rid of them on the first 2 straight jackets that arrive in town... This story is getting so awful...we need better writing.

General: ITA. I am so disgusted with the show right now that I just stopped taping it. The last straw was the rape s/l. I just don't see how crazy people can prevail. Where's the rape kit? Rape has to be proven . . . at least, I thought. Otherwise, everyone can just jump at at any point, run across a field and accuse anyone of rape. Then, there's Janet and Liberty. Ugh. I've had it. I won't be watching until the rape s/l goes completely away hopefully taking Janet, Liberty and Sophie with it.

Oh General - LOL - I love your post. ITA. How can Brad literally go from begging and pleading for Katie to a low-class like Janet? I just don't get the writing. It's so inconsistent. I can watch ATWT, the whole show, in about 15 minutes. . . . That's because I keep my finger on the FF button. No Joke. The show is doing horrible in the ratings and it appears that TPTB don't care. That don't seem to care what the writing material or the fact the viewers and turning them OFF.

Hi SandraJ: Boy do I agree with you. We had a much better show before the writer's strike. Nobody is recognizable except maybe spineless Susan! I would have told Kim to eat my dust (or something less ladylike...lol) if she had come to me with the same old threats...they make me sick. How can they think Chris is so honorable after all the crap he has done since returning to town? They think their crap don't stink the Huges...he has no morals if it will get him what he wants...These writer's must have suffered sunstroke or something while they were picketing...I am so bored right now...or angry when I see the mess they have made of such a great show. All of the newbies can take the next bus out of Oakdale IMO...none of them are worth a damn as characters. Janet is such a lowlife and if Brad can't see that; then he deserves to be with her and leave Katie to find someone worthy of her...AND I AM NOT A KATIE fan, but I feel for her...I would probably end up in jail because I would go Charles Manson on both Janet and Brad...I hope they don't keep making Katie a wimp because this accceptance is totally out of character...she would have kicked butt seriously before. I hope she does...can't wait to find out. Katie should send Brad home to Emma; because after seeing the skank in my home wearing my clothes with my husband after taking over my job in my absence...Oh boy heads would roll. LOL

General: I was on Soaptown USA the other day and the person who summarizes ("Oakdale After Dark") suggested writing the producers because Goutman doesn't pay any attention to the complaints of the viewers. This is the info she gave for viewers to write: Alan G. Lafley, CEO or James R. Stengel, Global Marketing Officer; Procter and Gamblel Company; P.O. Box 599, Cincinnati, OH 45201. Now, correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the soaps need viewers in order too generate ratings which in turn generates money??? I'm just taking a stab at this showbiz thing, but I would think the fanbase count greatly, don't you? This is what bothers me. Because of shotty writing, the wonderful people actors and actresses could lose their jobs and Goutman doesn't seem to care much. We have some excellent talent on ATWT, but the writers have destroyed almost EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER on the show. I hate ALL of the s/l's now. So, I'm going to write and suggest either bringing back the team that there before or starting from scratch. These writers really shouldn't get paid for the crap they're shoving down our throats.

I just finished watching(ff through today's episode...lol) and Katie did a great job of clearing house, but she wasn't strong enough on Brad...it was the same old "I forgive you, but don't do it again". I think she should have really made her point by not speaking to him...that kills him. She caved too soon. Janet is now going to use the other Jerk Snyder brother; probably to make Brad jealous. I bet he didn't tell Katie he was paying Janet's hotel bill...more secrets...I hope Katie finds out...But I ROTFLMAO when Katie started fumigating her home with the rubber gloves and packing up the skank and throwing out her food...I would have really lost it if I came home and someone rearranged my cabinets to suit her taste...grrrrr. I bet she called a cleaning service to Clean her furniture too...LOL...I would. Allison was great today...she didn't back down when she was under the attack of Lisa, Bob, or Chris...she stood straight and tall and firm...Bob really wants to fire Chris, but he took the high road and gave him the options to either stay and get fired or resign with dignity...Bob, I think really suspects that Chris is guilty; but Kim would kill him if he told her that...LOL. You welcome General. I know you love ATWT as much as I do and we're both finding it difficult to watch lately. I have gone without watching it and that's a first for me. IA, Katie needs to give it to Brad. I can't believe she's so soft with him. That's not her normal characterization. See how they destroy characters???? They could also ship Sophie, Janet, Liberty and Cole back to where they came from and for the price they're paying for the 4 of them, get at least one vet back: Dusty or somebody we all or most of us liked. I'm going to write too. And, thanks for the recap. I do like Katie so I will enjoy watching her set the record straight.

Bring back Gwen and Will or Bad boy Craig...we lost good ppl for this caca? It really is sickening! Why hasn't the probation officer reported Janet and Liberty...What kind of mother is it that cares nothing for her child going to school and considers it a big waste of time and wants her to hang out all day with her instead. The girl has no structure at all...just how to lie and scheme like Mommy dearest...I am sick of the both of them...and now Parker, a good student is going to become a juvenille delinquent 'cause she is going to get him in some mess that is illegal...I can see it now.
