Liberty and Parker! Please not another kissing cousins scene!

what is it with awt.. first holden marries his cousin lily..and now they are going with parker and liberty falling for each other..you know... in real life...cousins especially first cousins do this.. what kind of example does this show..that the kids can fall for who ever..whats next a daughter falling for a dad, or son falling for a mom.. You know i use to love awt..but the scenes omg..this show shouldn't be on local channels anymore they should put awt on hbo or shotime.. please tame down the lines just a bit.. |

i agree..but look what happen years ago..holden and lily were once kissing teens..but now 20 years later they are married with kids..they too were cousins.. Lilys real mom is holdens sister iva.. |

Some day the writers are gonna mess up and have 2 people who actually are related hook up! |

Emma revealed that when she was first married she couldn't have kids. Some neighbors lost their farm and were moving away so they gave Emma their baby (!). No sooner had Emma taken Iva than she had Seth and the rest of the Snyder crew. Iva later found her real family. They were now rich and her cousin had been married to Iva's lover Kirk (or maybe he'd already moved on to her sister Ellie)! And the cousin who'd raped Iva turned out to not be a Snyder either - His mother had had an affair with Cal Strickland. So everybody figured it was o.k. for Lily and Holden to be together. Never mind that such a history has to mess with your head! |

I believe when you adopt someone and raise them as your own, it should be respected. Jack has adopted Parker, becoming Parker's father; Jack is Brad's brother, therefore making Brad Parker's uncle and Brad's child (Liberty) is Parker first cousin by way of adoption. If the writers let this s/l come into play, what's to stop JJ from falling in love with Sage, Faith, or Natalie. With Lily and Holder (water under the bridge) that marriage should never have happened; especially, since Emma considers herself to be Lily's grandmother as well as mother-in-law. Even if Holden was adopted, along with Iva and so was Lily's father Josh Snyder(adopted by Emma's brother; raped Iva) - nevertheless, they were raised as family and such should not have happened. |

I agree, but to be fair - Lily fell for Holden when she thought Lucinda was her mother and she had just met the Snyders. When she found out her parents were first cousins and that Holden was her uncle, she was freaked. Wasn't it nice of the writers to decide there were no blood ties between them all? On the other hand, European royalty was all about cousin marriages. And look how well that turned out... But yeah - Parker shouldn't be with Faith or Liberty. Creepy. |

Since when r Holden and Lily cousins?? Iva is Lily's mother and Holden's sister so they aren't related. Neither r Liberty and Parker b/c Holden is not his bio father. |

Kissing is fine as long as they don't take it too far. I don't know why Janet got so mad and slapped Liberty for kissing a boy yesterday. Yes she didn't want her to end up pregnant like she did but slapping her was way out of line. I don't blame Liberty for wanting to live w/Katie and Brad. I think it was awesome that Liberty realized Janet wasn't the kind of mother she needed and that living w/her Dad would be much better for her. |
