Well. I must say I am surprised that Holden doesn't choke on his self-righteous bile.
What is the writers' point? Are we supposed to sympathize with Holden and Jack, or are we supposed to see them for the arrogant prigs that they are?
O.K. Maybe Lily "schemed" to get Holden alone, but - did I miss something? - did she tie him up and hold a gun to his head so he'd have sex with her?
And Carly! What an manipulative she-devil to help Lily have some one-on-one time with her husband! Tar and feathers are too good for her!
I'm critical of Carly when she deserves it, but this time I think both she and Lily should pack their bags and start new lives without the these holier-than-thou millstones.
I could SPIT I am so mad about the way these men act. Maybe if I had high-def I could see their halos, but now I just see their smug expressions and it makes me sick.
The more I think about it the more riled up I get!
