I'm confused. Henry came to ask Jack for help and Janet told him to go ahead. So as far as she was concerned he was sober enough to drive, but he shot Brad because he was drunk? I'm sorry I don't see the sense in that.

I think adding the drinking thing to this whole mess is just to make it a bigger mess. Jack shot Brad in the dark most of us cant see clear in the dark whether we are drunk or not. Jack wasnt plastered trying to make a precise shot and missed, it was an unfortunate accident anyone could have caused and I dont think jacks drinking had anything to do with it.

However I understand how Jack must feel and will always wonder if those beers made all the difference. I have not formed an opinion on Liberty's feelings about this yet.

I'm loving the fact that Jack was drunk and shot his brother, these upstate butpicks who think they are ok because their drug just happens to be legal need to know that they are as much of a junkie as the actual junkie, no difference. And soaps are famous for being full of legal junkies, I never see Paul without some kind of alcohol. Tom and Margo are wino junkies, etc etc... Soaps need to realize they are upholding this legal junkie status as OK.
They are getting as bad as the food network, full of nothing but legal junkies. Don't let your kids watch either if you are trying to teach them that drugs are bad.

Jack had 2 beers so was most likely not impaired. He shot where he saw the flash of the gun, a knee jerk reaction or a trained reaction? I don't know. He probably would not be having this much doubt and self punishment if Janet had not kept making a point of it. Hopefully they find that Ralphie shot Brad. Shouldn't they be looking at that bullet by now? I hope OPD didn't let him be buried with the bullet in him!

He is right about one thing....maybe now he will stop being so quick to judge other people.
