seems to be more about his pain of making a mistake and killing the wrong man than him killing his BROTHER. He as asked the Lord to help HIM, but has yet to ask for forgiveness...even before Brad died. He was in that hospital room actually reamming an unconscious Brad for once again getting into a jam...that this time he couldn't HELP him with. I have NEVER liked the way Jack treated Brad...or any of the other Snyder's either for that matter. In Jack's mind and mouth he has ALWAYS called Holden his brother, |

This S/L tears me up. On one hand, pompous Jack is not so perfect anymore! |

Jack has drove me nuts in the past with his "perfect don't do know wrong "type of person..But in all reality he isn't a bad guy. When he has time to think he'll ask for forgiveness..This he didn't do on purpose..He didn't know Brad was in there..He heard shots and shot back..For some reason down the road I think that it will be told that he didn't shoot him and that Ralph did..I mean it was dark in there..we didn't see who shot him now did we? I say even though he frustrated me in the past..lets give him a break.. |

But it's 'thuper kewl' that Carly's gonna be the one to pick him up when he's at his lowest. |

Jack a former GMan and an outstanding Oakdale policeman shooting blindly in the dark. Naw that can't be. He knows better than that, or does he. |

My attitude is that since it was a given that Brad was going for whatever reason, why not use the occasion to give Jack - who is the most smug, sanctimonious character on the show (although Holden can give him a run for his money at times)- a major dose of humility, or humiliation?? He'll have a terrible time talking down to Carly and Parker, among many others, about their faults in the future. |

Me too. Even though I can't stand his Snyderness I feel for him and MP is doing a good job of squeezing the tears out of the fans IMO. Katie and even Henry breaks my heart. Quote Captain Chaos: This S/L tears me up. On one hand, pompous Jack is not so perfect anymore!

Oh ITA...this S/L is shaping up to be more about a guilt ridden, self-pitying Jack than a husbandless Katie and Fatherless Liberty & Baby brother. Hence the scene with Craig and Rosanna. His shiny Doodley Do Right badge is now got rust on it. So I am not surprised that he runs away to "Find Himself" Never mind the kids must be devestated with Carly gone, now Jack is going too...but Kudos...Carly is back on Monday! YES!
