As far as Janet and Jack and uncle Ralph goes I'm wondering what happened to the real Jack Snyder. The real Jack Snyder before Janet would see exactly who and what kind of uncle ol uncle Ralph really is. When Janet said to Jack that he really isn't an uncle just somebody who helped out people in the neighborhood, it would have sent off alarm bells and whistles in Jack's brain. Heck even Henry and Craig knew what kind of person it is after only just meeting him and a few words. Even Rosanna has a suspecion about him. I don't know why Jack is condoning Janet bringing him into the mix with who gets to adopt the baby. |

Between Janet and Emily, I think poor Liberty is going to have some sort of a breakdown if they don't back off. She needs to be around a sensible, calm person who does not have a personal stake in this, other than an interest in her welfare. I wonder if she will run off somewhere, maybe with Parker again? I also see Jack being badgered; I wonder if and when he will say "Enough." |

God there's been so many baby losses on the show already, but I'm thinking that she might end up losing the baby and or run away as you said w/Parker. |

I too was a teenage mum and have lived to regret it every day of my life so having a kid as a kid is not good either. |

I was hoping that something would happen and we would find out that Parker is the daddy after all. As far as Janet goes.....I'm glad I didn't have to tell my mom something like that. She would have flipped out. There's not much telling what she would have done. |

The question never arose among the girls I knew in the small town where I grew up, because the boys knew our Dads would probably half-kill them, not to mention what brothers would do. Also, a couple of the boys in my class said their Dads had told them they could kiss college good-by if they ever got a girl in trouble. It would be marriage and get a job to support your family. Of course, this was a number of years ago. |

First of all I think we can agree to disagree on what our personal opinion of abortion is. For me I believe that it's murder. The point is, is that Liberty is only 17, and in most if not all states she is still a minor. It's not her body until she's 18. That's what my mom always told me when I wanted to do something or go somewhere that I couldn't go - I would always come back with but it's my life, and she would say not until I turn 18. Until then it was my parent's life and they had the right to tell me what I could and couldn't do. |

I worked as a temp for an attorney who was representing a couple in an open adoption. It was heartbreaking to see the young people. The mother was under pressure from her parents to give up her baby, and the young father, whose permission was also required, was completely bewildered. The first thing the attorney did was recommend that each one consult an attorney separately, who would advise each one of them exactly what would be happening and counsel them appropriately. He then recommended several who specialized in working with young people, and the adopting couple offered to pay the fees. I was not there to see the final outcome, but I do think this was sensible advice. Maybe Liberty needs to do the same thing. Poor girl. |

I think too that if child is under 18 parents have to sign adoption papers as their gurdian. |

If that were true then ANY abusive parent could do as they please to their child and it would be ok. Janet is a mess...this is NOT her choice, and she should butt the hell out! Liberty should NOT be forced to have a child she does not want. It's fine that some don't believe in abortion..however that is not Liberty's belief. It's her mothers. I could NEVER force that kind of life altering decision on my daughter! JMO |

JMO ITa on your post...I don't have any children, but if I did I could never force them to have it if they didn't want to and what makes me so mad is that Lib agreed for Paul and Emily to raise the child, but Janet wants to raise it as her own? GMAFB! She's not thinking of her daughters feelings at all. Janet is being very selfish and I think she's gonna drive Lib off the deep end! |

I have nothing against grandparents who raise their grandchildren. If that's the best situation for the child them I'm all for it. |

Your body is your body!!!! Not your parents! You may screw things up with that body that will have profound effects on you and your parents but it is YOUR body. YOU will suffer the biggest consequense, no matter what your decision. |

My youngest is 8 and God forbid I would never support her murdering her child so I guess im a bad parent too! I mean really God forbid we teach our children that "our actions have consequences!!" When My oldest trned 13 I got him a movie clled kids. I think he's smart enough to know now Protection protection protection! My mom actually told me in HS(especially as all my friends were getting knocked up, If I got pregnant I would have to give it up for adoption that did the trick for me! I kept my legs firmly together!! We need to teach our children to be responsible for their actions because not everything can/should be flushed down the drain!! It really boggles my mind that any woman who has given birth to a child can condone abortion |
