As the World Turns - MESSAGE BOARDS

I don't know about anyone else, but I really like the s/l w/Holden and Maeve. I usually think Holden's a bore, but I think he and Maeve have some great chemistry! I think once he gets back to Oakdale and finds out about Lily & Damian he will probably, hopefully end up w/Maeve.

I believe he and Maeve may end up together. It will be good enough for Lily if he does because it sure didn't take her long to fall into bed with Damian. Is she crazy? Why did she do that? I think it would take me a long time to get over something like that, if ever.

I think Maeve is a bit too whacked fot straitlaced Holden. She did want to kill Eb.

I think Lily was consumed with grief. The sleeping pills, the scare at the pond on top of the grief just had her mind scattered. It was comfort. I know people will yell she cheated and she was wrong but until you walk in that persons shoes...yada yada. It was comfort and warmth, I don't think it had a thing to do with it being Damian. It could have been Jack or Henry.

I thought they could get together too, but yeah Maeve is a little wacked and I dont really think they are keeping the character around much longer than this s/l. Maeve would be so loyal to holden though, look how she is with ebb and he is a jerk. I think Holden loves Lily too much too, but once he gets wind of Lily and Damien... Lily looks like she is going to get serious with Damien now.

I was kind of hoping Holden and Meave could develop a bond or something. I love Judi Evans and her portrayal of Meave is brilliant. We can see her attachment to Holden as the man who rescues her from a life of misery with Ebb. I was hoping they would make it back to Oakdale, discover that Lily has sort of moved on with Damien (Holden's public enemy #1) and see what develops with Meave.
