Didn't James already leave his fortune to Dusty because Paul did not live up to his expectations when Derrick tested him? So how is Henry going to receive it when Dusty already has it?

from what I understand that wasn't all of his money he had much more than anyone knew!

My question has been....what is Paul living on. When James gave the money to Dusty, Paul was moping around because he had no money. Then they forgot that storyline and gave him money again. But from where????

Dusty probably received the "Stenbeck" fortune because he is the real heir being Gunnar's son.

James also made tons of money over the years - his ill gotten gains from all his dirty deeds.

Paul is independently wealthy apart from James and his money - mostly due to Babs and her money as a Fashion Designer for decades. He whined about Dusty getting the "Stenbeck" money more because of the animosity between him and Dusty not because he needs money or wants James' money.

The new element of Henry being James' son is hillariously funny as a story line but if Henry or his mother think for one minute James is going to give them anything then they are crazy. This is all a game to James - a game of torturing Paul. It has always been a game with James and always will be a game with James - it has never been about the money.
