I haven't read any spoilers or anything and maybe I'm in denial, but the fact that Damian was the one who handled "Holden's" dental records makes me still a bit skeptical.

But if he is really dead then I'm in shock! Not really sad but shocked!

me too skeptical about damien, also I am not really feeling it. Holden wasnt really in the middle of anything like a fight that someone wishes they hadnt started with him. It just doesnt seem right for him to be dead. It seems too simple.

Damien lied about the DNA test results. The Sheriff told Damien he didn't know when the test results would be in and Damien asked him about Holden's family, were they supposed to wait and not know?? So he lied for his own purposes because he has not changed and is just as sneaky and coniving as he has always been. The DNA tests ARE NOT IN!!

We all know Holden is not dead. This is the thing that great soap opera is made of! The quintessential amnesia storyline! It's old-hat, but it's tried and true!

Lily will end up marrying Damian and Holden will eventually regain his memory and come back searching for his family. Either that, or Holden will have been adopted by a family of hillbillies and, having regained a new identity, come back with a hot little Ellie Mae on his arm! .....sorry, just kidding; sort of!
