Margo doesn't want to tell Tom that Riley is Adam because she doesn't want him to go to jail. I just don't know what he did. Was it that he raped Gwen? Or did it involve stealing from Lisa? I thought Casey went to jail for that. I don't remember.

Usually to avoid jail the writers have a character "redeem" themselves in a big way. Save a life, get injured saving a life... How do you think Adam will avoid jail and at the same time keep Margo from being kicked off the force for harboring a fugitive?
