When Holden was calling her out about her latent feelings for Damian she didn't have to say a word, because everything was written on her face in big, bold, capital letters. She was not making any sense in trying to defend herself and to me it was pretty obvious. Sure she may not act on those feelings, but it's silly for her to try and deny they're not there.

However I did enjoy what she said to Meg about flitting from man to man. It's high time somebody told her.

But I must say I'm enjoying this Lily/Meg rivalry/confrontation.

All I can say is that GREEN is a terrible color on Lilly. Green does not become her at all.

I think Lily is denying her own feelings. She and Damain were once married, very much in love and share a child, they are still friends. I think maybe she hasn't realized that she has romantic feelings for Damian yet. I think there could always be some jealousy if your ex hooked up with your sister-in-law especially if you interact on a constant basis.

I don't think it would be a good idea for Liliy to admit these feelings to Holden, he's already stressed when it comes to Damian. After all he told Lily Carly had kissed him but he failed to tell her how he had kissed her back.
