In my opinion, Jack has done plenty to be bashed for. He has made every situation with the kids worse than it needs to be by overreacting. As a parent, I am grateful to anyone who would be so concerned about my child that they would not leave them stranded when they are sick, and they would help me search the planet if they are missing. Craig cares about Carly and knows how much her kids mean to her, so he wants to help. What is the problem? Of course, it could be that Jack doesn't feel that any man should have a relationship with his kids but him, while he prances in a new stepmom every 6 months. Jack is a hypocrite who really puts his ego before everything else.

I would whack the dude upside the head if he went out and hired someone to watch my kids without consulting me first. What parent is okay with someone they've never met and know nothing about taking care of their kids? Craig bullied Rosanna into that yesterday, Rosanna should have put her foot down and kicked Craig out. She should be conducting whatever business she is going to do with Craig away from the house. If Jack doesn't want him there he should stay away until Carly comes back and if she decides she still wants to see Craig then that is her call.

So what exactly do you say now that Jack has agreed to let Craig pay the salary of a complete stranger to watch his kids?

So who should pay it Jack? Jack didn't offer her the job, Jack didn't even know about this until after Craig had done it. First of all Craig shouldn't be making or consulted on any decisions regarding Jack and Carly's kids(except Parker's trust fund which is a legal technicality), 2nd of all if he is going to stick his nose in where it doesn't belong then he can foot the bill. I thought she was working at Metro and that Sage could see her anytime she wanted, I didn't hear the part about her being the Nanny/babysitter part. My biggest question is why the hell is Craig at Carly's house 24/7 when Carly isn't even there and we aren't sure if Craig and Carly are still a couple? I understand Rosanna is protecting Carly's interest in this "water company" but it doesn't take 24/7 participation and why does it have to be done at the house, why not in a public place or at metro or the lakeview? Jack and Rosanna should put make it clear to Craig he isn't to step foot on the property until Carly comes back and gives the go ahead for him to come back.

Once again Craig saves the day. He allows Jack to preserve his relationship with both Janet and Sage and today he even managed to help Parker start back on the right path. Since Carly gave Rosanna, not Jack, her power of attorney, she is the only one to decide who comes and goes from the house. Since she wants to monitor what Craig is doing with the business, Craig is complying by coming by and keeping her informed. Craig has not done anything harmful to anyone. His love for Carly has changed him for the better. Jack may refuse to see it but I see it clearly.

If the kids would behave so that Jack doesn't have to be banging the door down every 30 minutes, they might get a lot done!
