Didn't he play Adam Corey on Another World during the 80's?
I'm pretty sure that it's him.

I don't know about Another World but he is the original Larry on ATWT.

Yes, I read that in the cast list. He orginated the role in 1990. I'm pretty sure he played Adam Corey on Another World before coming to ATWT, just asking to verify.
