As the World Turns - MESSAGE BOARDS

Is anyone else finding Henry's obsessive-compulsive, I do-I don't baby angst hilarious? I've always thought Henry would be a great dad and, although I'm not a total fan of this storyline, I do think the writers are beginning to handle it better. I just wish they hadn't gone the obvious route and made the baby Henry and Vienna's ... I wish Henry was having these feelings about Brad's baby and that that would push him into fatherhood. Anyway, that's beside the point.

Loved Henry's talk with Bob today and I love that he's so nutty around everyone ... and I wish Katie would calm down already!

What about you guys? Do you like Henry's angst? Or is it too much?

I wish he felt this way about Brad and Katie's baby and him and vienna have one of there own later. My heart is already breaking at the heart ache Brad and Katie are going to go thru here in a few months. Maybe they will find out before the birth that will make it a little easier.

I LOVE Henry! I think he and Vienna will be great parents! Plus katie and Brad are getting on my nerves! I like Brad ok but Katie? She is just sooo annoying about this whole baby thing! She acts like her opinion is the only one that matters!

:) i agree katie think nothing matters except what she want or says brad bows down to her ,i dont like her never had brad could do so much better than katie,i like the idea that the baby is henrys instead of brads

I also loved Henry's talk with Bob. I have a hard time believing he raised his sister Eve who was quite a few years older than Maddie and not much younger than Henry. Also, he had been in Oakdale several years before a 15 year Maddie showed up. Nevertheless, I wished ATWT would have just let Vienna/Henry have their baby and Brad/Katie have their baby and the two babies could grow up together and be friends as their parents are.

Henry was totally hillarious. The way he ooed and awed over the doll and wouldn't let Vienna have it. Totally priceless.

I'm hoping she's carrying twins that way Katie and Brad can be parents and Henry can be the father I've hoped all along he really wanted to be.

According to the preveiws, the truth will be revealed, but I have to wonder about the effects of Venry not telling Bratie the truth from the get go. I think there will be alot of hurt on both sides. Judging from Veinna's face I think she's having trouble w/ Henry wanting the baby.

I think Katie has every right to be incensed about being duped by Vienna/Henry. They had an agreement (moreover a written contract) and Vienna/Henry lied to them for several months/weeks.

All the added humor (and Henry IS funny) and slap-stick comedy that Vienna/Henry bring doesn't change the fact that they lied. Good parents? Not so far. Vienna's genuine love for her friend Katie is the only redeeming parental quality so far. Henry is batting zero.

I like all four of these characters but have to side with Katie on this one. And Brad (although "the boys" comments are somewhat annoying). But Vienna and Henry are WRONG WRONG WRONG...and they are LIARS.
