BIOGRAPHY
Born in Fairfield California, USA, his family moved around a lot. He has lived in Zweibrucken (Germany), New York, Texas, Michigan and San Francisco.
When his family moved to Riverside California, Jeff attended Arlington High School, where he starred in several school plays. He was also very athletic, playing sports such as football, tennis, basketball and baseball.
In 1979 he attended the University of California at Irvine and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama in 1983. It was then that Jeffrey started practicing martial arts; Akido.
In 1984 his acting debut started with the long since defunct soap, 'Search for Tomorrow'. He stayed on for two years, leaving eventually to pursue other roles. He also continued taking martial arts. He's a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and Aikido. He learned many chops and kicks from Billy Blanks, (Tae Bo)!
