BIOGRAPHY
After spending a short time studying at George Washington University, Howarth decided to pursue acting and enrolled in the Eugene O'Neill Theatre Center. While enrolled, he performed at prestigious regional theaters. On stage, he performed on Broadway. Howarth has been in television series, and daytime television for years. He portrayed villain, 'Todd Manning' on One Life to Live, for which he won a Daytime Emmy Award. Howarth resides in New York City.
