David is confronted about his plans, Frankie discovers a visitor in his apartment, and Liza issues a warning!
Liza opens the door to her house - Damon is there. She tells him Bailey isn't there, and if she were, she probably wouldn't want to see him. Damon pushes his way in saying he'll wait - he wants to see Bailey and their kid. Liza points out that Stuart is legally her son.
Randi and Frankie enjoy what's left of their honeymoon in bed. They make love passionately as champagne chills on the nightstand. Afterward, Randi is puzzled when Frankie gets a text message from an unknown caller saying, "I need to see you." Randi shows Jesse the text - he has no idea what it's about.
At ConFusion, Jesse remarks to Angie that Natalia is planning a welcome home party for Randi and Frankie later. Angie snaps, "Do you think I have time to party?" Jesse notes that she still seems angry with him. She says she doesn't have time to deal with him right now, then tells him she has to go. Jesse sighs.
At Randi and Frankie's apartment, someone dressed in black rushes to hide when Natalia and Brot come in to decorate for their welcome home party. They unpack the food, and Natalia quizzes Brot about joining the force - she heard he could be official as early as next month. Brot shrugs it off, and tells her she's hot. Jesse arrives and Natalia asks why Angie isn't with him. Jesse admits he's in the doghouse - big time.
At Liza's house, Bailey fusses over Stuart, but Damon doesn't want to talk about him - except to ask why he had to find out from her parents that he's that kid's father. Bailey reminds him that he took off when she got pregnant. He accuses Bailey of taking money from Liza, but Bailey says she came there to see that the baby was okay. When Bailey leaves the room, Liza asks Damon if he's looking for a cut? He offers to help her get rid of Bailey, but Liza throws him out, saying she and Bailey both care about Stuart - she won't sell her out.
Outside the front door of Wildwind, Amanda tells Jake about her recurring nightmare - that she can't conceive David's baby and they have to keep trying endlessly. David listens from inside the house. Jake reassures Amanda, then leaves. When Amanda comes into the house, David tells her that the doctor called with good news - today's the big day! He then announces that he wants to make Wildwind into a happy, fun place where people like to come, and there's cookies baking in the oven. Amanda wryly asks if he'll still be living there. David pleads with her to help him decorate - it's her home too. Amanda corrects him, saying this is not her home, and she doesn’t plan to be there long enough to do a full renovation! Amanda says that she'd rather focus on getting pregnant so she can get back to her life with Jake. David says this may come as a surprise, but not everything he does has an ulterior motive. He quietly says he has to go back to the hospital.
After Damon's left Liza's house, Bailey tries to tell Liza that he's not as bad as he seems. She then asks Liza why she heard her telling Damon that she was just a guest, when she came back from the park. Liza says she had to set the parameters, so that he didn't think there was anything there for him.
At the hospital, Angie bites off Jake's head. He jumps back and says, "Oooh!" Angie tells him that David is inventing problems behind the scenes - she's frustrated. Jake wonders if she regrets taking the job - does she have enough time for her family? Angie tells Jake she did this for her family, and to be honest, she did it for him too! Angie tells him about David switching Adam's meds - and that the prescription was written by Jake - she says David threatened to take him down with him. Jake thanks her for intervening. Jake tells her to be proud of herself for becoming the Chief of Staff. Angie says she feels that she sunk to David's level. Jake reassures her. Angie takes a call from Natalia asking her to come to the homecoming. Angie makes excuses, but Natalia says she knows it's Jesse. Angie sighs, and agrees to come - for just a bit.
Back in the apartment, while Natalia is outside calling Angie, Jesse notices the window is open. Brot says he didn't open it - maybe Natalia wanted some fresh air. When Brot goes to check what's taking Natalia so long, Jesse hears a beep in the closet! Natalia comes back inside with Brot, and Jesse says he thought he heard a noise - it must have been the neighbors. In the closet, the person hiding closes their cellphone. Angie comes in, and immediately confronts Natalia - she said Jesse wouldn't be there. They bicker about who will leave. Just then, Frankie and Randi come in. Everyone awkwardly says hello. Angie and Jesse cover up their animosity, and Brot asks how the honeymoon went. They say they didn't actually go to Hawaii - they had a change in plans. Angie says they should go, but Frankie wants to know what's going on between them. Brot and Natalia leave, with her saying it was a total bust as they walk out the door. Jesse is the next to go, and Angie is the last. Randi offers to walk her to the car. Frankie goes to hang up his coat in the closet - Madison is in there!
Amanda shows up at Liza's house, asking to see the contract again. She wants to know if there's a clause that gets her out of this if she doesn't conceive. Liza tells her there isn't - she's in this until she gets pregnant and produces a child - if she backs out, she's in breach. Amanda sighs, and tells Liza she's having nightmares - how could she have been so stupid? Liza says she is right to be concerned, but reminds her to trust in her love for Jake. Amanda asks, "What if love is not enough?" Liza assures her she'll protect her interests - she has an idea.
David speaks to the doctor doing the artificial insemination at the hospital. He says Amanda is nervous that she won't get pregnant right away. The doctor confirms she made Amanda aware of the possibility that it won't happen on the first try. David says he plans to get Amanda pregnant as soon as possible. Jake appears, and tells David he thinks his priority is actually to break them up. David chuckles and asks, "Do you really think I have a shot?" Jake confronts David about what he's doing to Angie also. David smirks, and Jake warns that if he gives him enough rope - he'll hang him with it!
Liza and Bailey go to the hospital for Stuart's check-up. Liza excuses herself and corners David to tell him about Amanda's concerns. She tells him she realizes he wants to split up Jake and Amanda. Liza tells him that she won't let him get away with it!
Damon shows up at the hospital and warns Bailey about Liza - she doesn't want to be friends, she only wants their baby! Bailey says, "As if you care!" Damon looks at the baby, then goes.
At Wildwind, Amanda answers the door to Jake, and tells him with exasperation that David wants her to decorate the whole house! Jake tells her he's counting on this to destroy them, but the only way that's going to happen is if David kills him! They cuddle as Jake says they have love - real love - and if they believe in that, they'll win. They kiss.
