Erica goes out on a limb, Zach works on Annie, and Adam issues a warning!
Ryan and Randi are at Fusion. He apologizes for having to bring the kids, but Randi says she's enjoying playing with them. Emma suddenly asks where Aunt Kendall is now?! Ryan explains that she's in jail. Emma is concerned that she's there because of her, but Ryan explains that she confessed. Erica arrives, and tells Ryan that the Africa episode got the lowest ratings of any New Beginnings she's ever done! She is floored that no one seems to care. Ryan gives her a pep talk.
Frankie staggers into the casino, where Madison tells him he slept so late he missed the checkout time. She wonders if management had complaints about all the noise they made last night? Frankie doesn't know what she's talking about - she asks, "Don't you remember?" Frankie admits he drank a lot. Madison wonders if he's having marital problems, reminding him that they both know what Randi did - and what it will cost him! Madison says dealing with her on his own will give him confidence - he's been acting like a loser!
At the Chandler Mansion, Scott and Annie jump out of the pool and chase one another playfully into the house. Annie flirts, and Adam listens from the next room. Scott tells Annie that Stuart used to catch him and tickle him - he lunges toward her with a grin. Adam walks in, saying he used to play that game with Scott - he was easy to catch! Adam and Annie step outside to talk. She worries about seeing him in his wedding suit, he worries about what people think of them as a couple. She says he taught her how important love is - that money and social status don't matter! Adam grins, who cares what anyone thinks!
Jesse meets with Kendall and Zach at home. They discuss the fact that she remembered that she didn't shoot Stuart. They speculate on why Annie would have shot him. Kendall says that it must have been because of Emma. Zach is there, and agrees. Jesse doesn't know how they'll prove it. Kendall says Emma is the key, pointing out that she lied about seeing her shoot Stuart. Zach rules out bothering Ryan to get to Emma, saying he's protecting his daughter as he should be. He insists they go through Annie herself! Zach leaves the room, and Kendall confides to Jesse that she's paranoid about Liza, and that she's been writing again. She is clearer now, and knows that Emma is the key to all of this!
Erica goes to the television studio, where Opal and Krystal are waiting to congratulate her on the Africa episode. They ask when part two will air. Erica's assistant appears and says that the network called - there won't be a part two! Erica tries to change an executive's mind, but he says her show has to be upbeat. He wants her to convince Krystal and Opal to have makeovers! Erica goes over and breaks the news to the ladies. They all debate about whether Erica's show should perk people up or inform them.
Adam sits with Scott in the Chandler Mansion. Adam asks if Scott thinks Annie truly loves him? Scott says he does. Adam says in the past it has turned out to be something different. Adam lists off his failed relationships, and wonders if he deserves another chance. Scott advises Adam to trust Annie. Adam tells Scott he trusts him - but warns him to never betray him!
Zach arrives at Ryan's house, asking Corinna to see Spike. He sits down with Emma, who has drawn a picture of a prison, and says she hopes Kendall is okay. Zach offers to take her pictures to her mommy. Ryan comes home and asks what Zach is doing there. Zach says he came to see Spike. Ryan warns him to leave Emma alone. Zach says he'd never hurt Emma, then leaves.
Frankie shows up at Fusion with flowers for Randi and an apology for not coming home last night. He says he's been messed up because he wasn't the one who helped her the night in Henry's suite. She says he wouldn't have acted like Jesse - he would have assumed she was having an affair! Frankie is angry that she thinks so little of him, and leaves. Jesse appears and Randi tells him that Frankie is upset that he saved her that night. Jesse urges her to go to Frankie from now on. She is skeptical, but Jesse orders her to take responsibility and make things work with Frankie! Randi calls Frankie and leaves him a message saying she wants to talk.
Scott talks to Annie at home. He tells her that Adam gave him a warning - he was hinting about them. Annie says there is nothing between them - she loves Adam. Scott wonders if she sees Adam as a father figure. Annie wants him to admit that he thinks she's been trying to seduce him. She flirts heavily with Scott as she asks why she would risk all that she has with Adam. When their faces are only an inch apart, Zach strides in, saying he hopes he's not interrupting anything! Scott leaves. Zach tells Annie that he went to Ryan's to see Spike and feels upset. Annie says at least he gets to see Spike - she can't see Emma. Zach gives her Emma's drawings, saying he understands her feelings for Emma - she'd do anything for her. Annie whispers, "I already have." Zach smirks ever so slightly.
Ryan turns up at the television station, where Erica informs him that part two was canceled. He's surprised she's not fighting. Erica says she has to give people what they want to see. The show starts taping, and soon Erica is introducing a newly made-over Opal and Krystal. Erica asks Krystal how she feels - she says she feels great, but not because of the dress, because of the Africa show yesterday. Erica dismisses the women and says she has something to say that's not in the script - she tells her audience that after Africa, she's not interested in doing fluff shows anymore. They are about to cut her off, but Ryan says he's their biggest advertiser, and stops them. Erica continues her speech.
Frankie returns to the casino and tells Madison he didn't come there to see her - he came there because he has nowhere else to go. Jesse appears and tells him to go back to his wife, but Frankie orders him to take his hands off him!
