All My Children - DAILY UPDATES

Adam and Annie rise from the sofa as Scott comes into the room. Adam is wearing sunglasses and says he has eye irritation. Adam says he wants Scott to be his best man when he marries Annie! JR wanders in at that moment and goes off on everyone. He then says he's leaving - this whole thing is a waste of his time. When Adam makes a dig about JR drinking again, JR tells them that he wants nothing more to do with this family! After JR storms out, Adam tells Scott he'll come crawling back. When Adam leaves the room, Scott confronts Annie, saying she knows he put Adam up to asking him to be best man. Annie says the family doesn't need JR or Little Adam! Scott is in disbelief, but she turns on the charm, saying that the three of them are all the family they need! Scott goes to Adam and tells him that he can back out of this - he knows Annie put him up to it. Adam says that only Scott and Annie have stood by him in recent months - he wants him as his best man. Scott says he'd be honored!

Zach is in the attic with Kendall when he hears Erica on the phone through the baby monitor. Erica is talking to Ryan, telling him that Zach is acting more strangely than ever - and she's going to get to the bottom of it! Zach goes to ask her who she was talking to. They have it out over his odd behavior and Zach leaves. Ryan appears at the door right after, asking Erica why she hung up on him. She says Zach caught her, and she confronted him. Erica tells Ryan that she's convinced Zach is having an affair - that's the only reason why he'd let him take Spike out of the house! She's certain it's Liza Colby. Ryan advises her to stay out of it, but Erica won't let Liza prey on her daughter's husband! Just then her phone rings - a collect call from Kendall. Erica blurts that Zach is having an affair. Ryan grabs the phone and says they don't know if it's true, but he's not bringing Spike back until he finds out exactly what is going on. They get off the phone just in time to catch Erica's Africa segment on television. Ryan tells her she is different since she came back - she has a whole new glow about her! As he strokes her face, Kendall watches from behind a wall!

In the Martin living room, Marissa assures Tad, Krystal, and Liza that she will be at Wildwind - she will keep an eye on David - and the baby. When Marissa leaves, the others speculate about what Jake might be doing right now. Tad remarks that Jake said he'd rather rot in prison than cut a deal with David!

At Wildwind, Jake is holding a gun on David. Amanda tells him that she has changed her mind - she's going to move in with David. As David makes rude remarks about Jake, he and Amanda bicker over whether or not this will work. She talks a mile-a-minute as she tries to get Jake to put down the gun. She tells him that David can never beat them - they've already won! Marissa comes storming in as Jake lowers the gun. When she asks what's going on, David replies, "Jake is going home with Amanda - to help her pack."

Jake and Amanda return to the Martin household. They are all relieved that he didn't shoot anyone. Amanda breaks the news that she will be moving in with David. Tad can't believe she would live with him. Amanda stresses that it's best to let David think he's winning. Krystal warns that she thought she was in control when she was with David too! Amanda turns to Jake and says she's not scared of David, not when she has him! They'll keep fighting until they're together again. Jake asks Liza to accompany them to Wildwind to make sure that David keeps his word.

David is busily preparing space for the baby at Wildwind. Marissa marvels at his energy and cheerfulness. She is put out, however, when he asks her to vacate her room by the end of the day - for Amanda!

JR arrives at Tad's house, where Tad and Krystal are in the living room. JR says he's had a hard couple of days and it's all capped off by a fight with his father! Tad asks Krystal to leave the room, but JR stops her, saying she needs to hear this! JR tells Krystal that if anything were to happen to him, he would want her to raise Little Adam - his worst fear is that his son might end up with his father and his crazy wife! Krystal embraces him, and thanks him for trusting her with his son. Krystal leaves the room, and Tad asks what happened to fighting? JR says he's just being realistic. Tad promises that he will also be there for Little Adam - the same way he's there for him.

Annie is with her wedding planner in the Chandler living room. As Annie goes on and on about how much money she will spend and what she will wear as Mrs. Adam Chandler, the woman leaves the room to take a call. Suddenly a man is standing behind Annie, startling her - it's Zach! He tells her about Ryan having taken Spike away from him, and away from Ian. Annie scoffs - she doesn't know why he's telling her all this! Zach says he's going to make Ryan pay. He acknowledges that they would make strange allies. As he zips her gown, Scott walks in on what looks like an intimate moment. Zach tells her he'll be in touch and leaves. Annie hastily explains to Scott that Zach might be the one who will help her get Emma back from Ryan. She was wrong about one thing earlier - the three of them aren't enough - she needs her daughter. Just then, Adam comes in. Annie goes berserk - saying everything is ruined now that he saw her in her gown before the wedding! Scott and Adam gape as she stomps out!

Liza, Amanda, Jake, and David meet at Wildwind to finalize the terms of the agreement regarding the baby. David wants it made clear that he and Amanda are the parents - Jake Martin has no connection to the child whatsoever! David picks up a yellow blanket and says he can't wait to rock his son to sleep. Amanda snipes that he doesn't sleep with that blanket. As Amanda hugs Jake goodbye, the social worker arrives with the baby. Amanda takes him joyfully, and David says it's time for Jake to go. Once everyone has cleared out, Amanda settles onto the sofa with Trevor. David reaches out to touch him, and Amanda barks at him not to touch her or her son!

Zach returns to his house and angrily asks Erica if she found anything while he was gone - lingerie maybe? He kicks Ryan out and Erica follows. Zach heads up to the attic, where Kendall asks him if he's having an affair. He throws up his hands and says, "First your mother, now you!" She quickly apologizes and says how grateful she is for all he's done for her. They embrace.

Krystal and Marissa meet up outside. Marissa tells her that everyone is settled at Wildwind - she makes a point of saying that David is certainly not controlling Amanda! Marissa then tells Krystal that she can't go back there. Krystal says of course she can't!

Jake and Liza are at ConFusion. He says he's been thinking that he should have pulled the trigger when he was holding the gun on David!
