Krystal and Erica bond, Angie lies, and Jake learns what David is up to!
As Zach sits with Liza downstairs, up in the attic room, Kendall is having chest pains or trouble breathing and struggles to get over to the door. She spots her cellphone, but collapses before she can reach it. Zach and Liza chat about Stuart, and whether she needs a man around the house. She says she should go, and he thanks her for handling the loan. Zach tells Kendall she can come out over the walkie-talkie, but she doesn't respond. He bursts into the room and sees her on the floor. Zach dials 911, but hangs up when she comes around. She tells him she needs her pills. Kendall explains that she was upset after they had words and her heart started pounding. She says she forgot to take her heart pill. Zach reminds her that she can't ever forget to take it. They realize someone is at the door - it's the police checking out the emergency call!
Tad is at ConFusion speaking to Jake and Amanda on the phone - they tell him nothing is happening in Massachusetts. He says David just walked in and hangs up. He then calls Liza and tells her to make a beeline down to the bar! Tad goes over and sits down with David. He tells him it's open mic night - he should stick around and heckle! David says he has to be going, but just then, Liza arrives and joins them. Tad gets up on stage to do a stand-up routine. He cracks jokes about David and Liza as though they're a couple. David confronts him after, saying he appears to be matchmaking. Tad scoffs at David's serious demeanor, then leaves. David asks Liza to stay and eat with him. David asks if he can pick up Stuart. Liza allows it, and she and David flirt a little. He asks if they can do this again sometime. She says, "Why not?" He leaves. Tad, who has been hiding, tells her she did excellent - he'd swear that she really liked David! Liza says she's more relaxed now that she knows he's not David's baby.
In the tent in Africa, Krystal wakes Erica up and begs her for help - she has a scorpion sitting on her chest! Erica says she's just a spoiled celebrity - what would she know about killing scorpions! Krystal tensely makes her apologies to Erica, who then sternly delivers a grave warning to the scorpion, telling him to move on! The scorpion proceeds to raise its tail, so Krystal wildly bats it off of her onto Erica. Squealing ensues as Krystal smacks Erica a few times! Krystal then says, "That's how we do it in the trailer park!" They go back to sleep, and Erica wakes up worrying about her speech. Krystal says she should just wing it - share herself! Erica likes it, and tells the cameraman to roll it - she'll do it in one take. She does, speaking about the hopes and dreams of the children there!
Randi and Frankie are at home with the baby. She kisses him and thanks him for saying the baby can stay - now they can forget about the past and concentrate on the future. Randi tells the baby how happy he'll be. She tells Frankie that anyone who comes looking for him after abandoning him doesn't deserve him. Frankie is still worried about making it legal. Randi and Frankie then discuss Henry North. She says she tried to make herself love him because it was a way out of that lifestyle. He hushes her - no more talk about the past. She says that killing Henry will never be over for her. Frankie notes that if she hadn't defended herself against North, who knows what would have happened to her!
In Massachusetts Jake and Amanda order a beer at the bar and chat with the bartender. Suddenly Jake notices Nurse Gayle walk in! She goes behind the bar and comments on how strange it is to see Jake all the way up there. Amanda blurts, "Where is my baby?" Nurse Gayle tells Jake that no one is supposed to know that David is helping her out. She says David is a nice man who promises to visit her one day. Jake says her secret is safe with him. Jake calls Tad and tells him that the package David was sending to Massachusetts was a cash infusion - he's funding Nurse Gayle's life as a bar owner. Tad concedes that maybe David doesn't have Trevor - he still seems to think Stuart is his!
Jesse and Angie are in ConFusion when Madison shows up. Angie confronts her, but Madison doesn't want to get into anything there. Angie informs her they are doing this - and they're doing it right now! Angie grabs her and says she is done tormenting her family. Madison smirks and says that Angie is in no position to dictate anything. She enrages Angie by saying that Frankie could do better than a homicidal ex-hooker - she's available! She tells Angie she's a victim - her daughter-in-law killed her husband. Jesse comes into it, and warns Madison that if she doesn't dial it down she won't be collecting that insurance money for that husband she hated! Madison says she's holding all the cards!
Zach and the police officer chat at the door. Zach tells him that his son called 911 when playing with the phone. The cop wants to wake him up, but Zach asks him to call Jesse and ask what he thinks. The officer leaves. Kendall then wanders out saying she feels much better - she was sure the police would figure everything out and take her back to prison. Zach says that won't happen. Kendall says if she had to live without her boys, and him, she would die. Zach takes her hand and says he's taking her to bed. Once upstairs, he asks about her heart - she says it's fine, but maybe he should listen to be sure. He lays his head on her chest.
Natalia has arrived at Randi and Frankie's where she gets into it with them over keeping the baby. Frankie says that sometimes you have to do the wrong thing for the right reasons. Natalia says now he sounds like Jesse! Randi says she was on her way to church when she found the baby. Natalia says it wasn't a gift from God! She turns on Frankie, saying she can understand Randi's fragile state, but he knows this is wrong! He says he can't take away Randi's only lifeline! Natalia says she loves them, but she isn't going to stop looking for this baby's parents!
Back at the station, Jesse tells Angie he needs to protect Randi. He wants her to get on the phone to the DC police and tell them she was wrong about the autopsy! She does it. She then tells Jesse it was the hardest thing she ever had to do. Angie tells him she now understands what he went through - the higher your principles, the harder the fall!
Back in their tent, Krystal tells Erica she realizes that she has a real heart underneath all of that attitude. Erica says she was the one who made her realize that it was sharing herself that mattered. They leave the tent arm in arm.
