Annie confronts JR and Scott, David tells Marissa about his offer to JR, and Liza digs to find out what Zach's hiding!
Scott comes out of the pool all wet, and Annie asks if he still thinks she came on to him the other day - is that what all this is about? She then sneers, saying she forgot - he's the good guy. Scott grabs hold of her and kisses her! He then asks her for his pants - or she might find out what he really wants. She flirts, saying that sounds intriguing. Scott grabs his pants, laughs, and leaves the room. Annie sighs.
In the hospital, Marissa tells JR that David is really making her angry - he's being all controlling! JR asks what David is worried about. She says it's him! Marissa says he takes protectiveness too far - she's done fine without him her whole life. JR says David does have a point - he has a history of toxic relationships. Marissa is taken aback, but JR reassures her that David has no say in what they do. However, he's thinking about the offer David made him - to stay away from Little Adam, if he backs off Marissa. JR kisses her cheek and leaves.
David shows up at Liza's door and kisses her, saying he's there for something they'll both regret in the morning. He smirks and tells her to go ahead and slap him. She says she doesn't want to slap him, but then changes her mind - and belts him! She says she knows he's there because he's still holding on to this insane idea that her son is his baby! He tells her she's paranoid. She reminds him that the last time she saw him he was accusing her of being the one who got Marissa shot. He challenges her to deny that she felt something when he kissed her. She says she felt nothing. David says the body doesn't lie. Liza says no strings attached sex might be fine, but with him, there's always an agenda - just like with Krystal. She tells him he should get a new routine. David says they could have had fun, but she's too afraid - of romance. David says she'll never let a man make her happy!
At home, Kendall tells Zach that she'll stay there. He talks about how great this is for the boys. Zach takes Kendall back up to the attic and makes sure she has everything she needs to be comfortable - including a cell phone to call him. She wants to go look for something to eat, but Zach stops her - she can't go out of the attic. Kendall asks where she is supposed to sleep? Zach reveals a pull-out. She hops on and urges him to join her. She then asks why she can't sleep in his bed - he says it's too dangerous. Kendall wants to talk about their relationship, but he won't be pulled in, saying he needs to check on the boys. She presses - asking him if her past relationship with Ryan is the reason he's holding back. He concedes he can't forgive her for that - they could jump into bed and pretend everything is alright, but it's not. He can't let it go. Kendall says he is the man she belongs with. He replies, "Today." Zach says he can never forgive her betrayal. She asks why he did this then? He says he'll do anything he can to protect her and the boys - but she shouldn't ask him for anything else.
JR shows up at the Chandler Mansion in time to catch Annie watching the video feed of her and Scott kissing. She says their kiss is on there too. He asks who's next - Colby? He says Adam should know about this. She warns him not to get between her and Adam. JR says he deserves to know what a tramp she is! Scott comes in and JR says he was just watching his soft porn tape. Annie warns that she's keeping the tape - just in case either of them goes to Adam. She assures them that Adam will believe her, since in both cases they grabbed her and kissed her! Scott and JR gape at one another! Annie leaves the room, and JR and Scott commence bickering about the kissing. Scott tells JR he should be at the hospital with Marissa. JR tells him about David's offer. Scott asks if he told David where to go. JR says David could pursue custody of his son any time - and he and Marissa aren't serious. Scott says she wants to take it to the next level with JR - it's obvious. JR says he knows Scott likes her too - and now he's playing Annie. Scott says if Marissa wanted him, he'd be there. JR thinks hard.
David is with Marissa in the hospital. She is rude to him, telling him he can go - unless he has another lecture for her about who she can associate with! David reiterates that JR is a worthless drunk, and tells her about the offer he made JR. Marissa is taken aback, but David says it just proves how much he loves her!
Alone in the attic, Kendall takes a hammer and frees herself from the room. She goes into the boys' room and checks on them. Suddenly, she sees someone behind her - it's Jesse, who puts a finger up to his lips. He walks her back to the attic room and says she's supposed to stay in there. She says she heard something in the monitor. Jesse says Zach asked him to check on the boys. Kendall says this plan will never work. Jesse reassures her, and Kendall asks why he's doing this? He says it's because he believes in her innocence. Kendall points out that this is beyond the call of duty. Jesse says he can relate to what Zach is feeling right now - he doesn't want them to go through what he did. After he leaves, Kendall goes to bed and dreams about Zach.
Zach meets with the woman who manages the casino. She has noticed a large chunk of money missing. He says not to worry about it, and tells her more money will be coming out every month. She asks how they will manage - he says he'll get the money back from his worst enemy! Liza appears and asks if he's having money troubles. Zach smirks and says he is, but he's going to ask Adam for a loan! Liza is puzzled, but Zach says it will make Adam let down his guard. Liza says that is a good plan - she knew he hadn't given up on Kendall. He walks away, and Liza questions the casino manager, and learns that $100,000 came out of the account initially, and will come out every month.
JR arrives at Marissa's hospital room, and admits he was acting weird before. Marissa, however, is hostile, and says that she knows he's going to dump her, but he should spare her the rehearsed speech - she knows he's doing it so that David will stay away from his son! JR repeatedly tries to get a word in, but Marissa throws things at him and orders him to get out! Outside the room, JR thinks, as Marissa cries.
At the Chandler Mansion, Scott considers everything that has happened while in bed. Downstairs, Annie watches the footage of her and Scott over again, and grins.
Zach arrives home and goes to the attic door. He raises his hand, but stops short of going in. Kendall, having awoken from dreaming about him, is on the other side of the door.
