Tad And Taylor Kiss And Agree.

Friday, July 31 2009
Krystal catches Tad coming in from an overnighter, Annie's charges are dropped, and Kendall's murder trial is scheduled.

Taylor and Tad share a lovely kiss and smile. She asks him what just happened between them. He asks her to marry him and have his babies. She tells him that’s not funny. He apologizes for upsetting her. She tells him that a relationship between them is not a good idea. He laughs and agrees. He tells her that he’s been in a lot of relationships that weren’t a good idea in the beginning. Amanda arrives and asks to see the baby.

At Krystal’s, Opal, Krystal and Marissa share stories about the Chandlers. JR walks in and tells them that he’s there to pick up Little A. They smirk and give JR and Marissa some time alone. She rubs his shoulders and he enjoys it. She says next time she would go “deep tissue” on him. He says he’d love a professional massage. Krystal brings Little A in and JR tells him that he’s moving back in with grandpa. He and Little A leave. Krystal can see that Marissa has it bad for JR. She tells her to be careful as JR is no saint. Marissa says she can’t help it but that she likes both JR and Scott. Krystal says there’s a lot of her in Marissa.

At the Mansion, Natalia tells Adam and Scott that she thinks Annie killed Stuart. Adam asks her what makes her think that Annie was the target. She says evidence never lies and bullets always travel in straight lines.

At the Police station, Kendall tells Liza that she's sure she committed the murder. Jesse tells Annie that everyone thinks she did it. Jesse uses police tactics to get her to confess. She tells him that he's got it all wrong and that Kendall did it and that it's great if she confesses.

Jesse walks in and Kendall says she has something to tell him. Annie says if Kendall spilled her guts, he would just cover it up. She says that Zach set her up and they all know it.

Liza tells Kendall that she bought some time which will give them a chance to prove Annie committed the murder. Liza reminds Kendall that she will lose everything if she confesses. She tells Liza she killed Stuart. She remembers. Liza tells her to keep it down. Kendall wants to do what’s right. Liza sarcastically tells her to go ahead, get herself and Zach thrown in jail and their children will have no parents. Then she chastises her for not being strong. Kendall says she’s not. Jesse takes Kendall away to talk.

Aidan and Zach are outside the courtroom. Zach asks Aidan if he thinks Annie committed the murder and if he's an ex-lover looking for revenge. Aidan thinks Annie's hiding in plain sight. Zach says she has gotten away with far too much. Zach asks Aidan why he thinks Annie killed Stuart and why he is going after her so diligently.

Annie tells Jesse that she loves Adam. She says that Kendall is doing the right thing by confessing.

At Taylor’s, the baby starts crying and Amanda takes him for a diaper change. Taylor and Tad are left alone and he says he wants to get kissed again. They kiss passionately. When they stop, she says she’s confused. Tad tells her that they should just live.

At home Zach walks in and Ryan is waiting. Zach is not impressed and pours himself a drink. Ryan asks him if he thinks Kendall is really innocent. Zach says yes, and tells him to get out. Ryan wants Kendall and the boys taken out of town in order to save her from being found guilty. They argue and Zach refuses. He says he’s trying to fix this. Ryan thinks Kendall will be convicted. Kendall walks in and Ryan tells her that she and the boys are being sent out of the country tonight. She wants to go back to that night and change things but Ryan reminds her that it's impossible. Liza walks in and asks them what’s going on.Liza tells Kendall that if she can get her off, she can never be charged with this crime again. Kendall reminds her that it is possible for them to lose and doesn’t want to take that chance. Liza says that she thinks Zach can’t possibly be ok with this. He tells them all to shut up.

On the patio of the Mansion, Scott, Adam, and Natalia re-enact the shooting. She tells Adam to go inside, points the laser and they see the bullet hole in the couch. Adam replies that Annie could have been killed. Jesse arrives and they explain their theories. Adam admits he was wrong to accuse Annie and wants to know what Jesse will do about it. Adam expounds more theory that Zach wanted to kill Annie but that he missed. Jesse goes over the possible culprits. Adam says Annie was set up and there has been a cover-up. He threatens Jesse with exposing him. Jesse asks him what he wants.

Amanda and Taylor continue to talk about Tad. Taylor says she is clearly rebounding. She tells Amanda that he doesn’t have a job and doesn’t want a job. Taylor says she wants her life to be about something more than just her. Amanda says that Trevor is her whole life now.

Back at home, Tad tiptoes in, but Krystal sees him and says that she knows he didn’t come home last night. He mutters while she asks him where he was. He starts to make up a lie, but then tells her that he’s seeing someone. She is surprised and he asks if she’s angry. She says no but that she’s upset. He admits that he still has feelings for her and thinks she does too. Krystal wonders where the love went. He tells her that things could be different between them. She says she’s happy for him. He smiles and accuses her of wanting to know who it was. Opal walks in and says it’s the, “Army girl.” Krystal says she’s surprised but not sad. Tad says things just happened. Krystal interrupts him, and says she’s happy for him, and hugs him strongly. He calls her name but she runs up the stairs.

Adam and Annie arrive home. Adam implies that Annie is moving back in. He apologizes and says he should have told JR. JR agrees.

Jesse arrives at Zach’s and tells him and Ryan that the charges against Annie have been dropped. He asks for Kendall and says her trial is back on. He wants to take her into protective custody as the judge thinks she’s a flight risk. Zach says she’s not there, but Kendall walks in and says that she’s ready to go.

Yippie the charges are dropped against Annie.

Amanda just can't stay away from the baby. I know it's hard for her but she is gonna mess up everything.

Krystal saying JR is not a saint. That's what people told her about David. Didn't stop her.

Dang, Kendall tells Liza her lawyer that she killed Stuart and she tries to hush her up. I thought Liza was suppose to uphold the law. She's no good just like Jesse and all the rest. What about Annie and her daughter. It's all about Kendall and her boys.

Zach has the nerve to say that Annie has gotten away with too much, what show is he watching. Not more then Zach and Kendall has gotten away with. Lord put that man in jail, please! I wonder if Zach really thought Kendall was gone or was he just lying again. He does it so well. Glad Kendall showed up.

So here is what has got me going today. (Well, it gets me a lot but today esp.) Taylor and Tad are hiding the baby. The blinds are closed and everytime there's knock at the door they jump. WHY, in the name of all that is sensible, don't they lock the stupid door!!! Amanda just walked right in and they jump in surprise. Just makes no sense at all. And when Zach comes home Ryan is standing in the living room. Lock your doors people! That's why they put locks on them to begin with!

That is my rant for today.

I am liking Taylor and Tad. I think they make a cute couple. At least one happy thing is going on in PV. Too much drama, not enough fun.

I still can't believe Adam threw JR and little A out AGAIN. I felt bad for Little A today. He doesn't have a home anymore.

Have a good weekend!

The charges may have been dropped, but Annie still needs to be locked away...for that matter so does everyone else... Opal is the ONLY one that hasn't gone off the deep end...give her a week or two and she will be bats*@t crazy like the rest of them.

Tad...that bullet did more damage than first thought...WHAT were you doing standing there while KWAK grilled you? Taylor has a point...would be hard to "fall for you" while your ex-wife lived with you.

Natalia...you are too smart...at this rate you will end up working at Confusion. Can't believe Jesse is in so deep...

Adam...get back on the medication. At least then you had an excuse.

cowboys fan - Defense attorneys are not "supposed to uphold the law" they are supposed to represent the interests of their clients - which is one reason that I decided not to go into the practice of law when I graduated from law school. Yes, defense attorneys have to follow certain rules (like not knowingly putting witnesses on the stand that will lie, etc.), but it is not their obligation to get to the truth. That's not the purpose or goal of the "adversarial" system of justice we have in the US. Liza was doing EXACTLY what she should have done as Kendall's attorney by telling her to keep her mouth shut. Unless a plea deal is on the table, there is no reason that Liza should encourage Kendall to spill her guts. Anything less would be professional malpractice on Liza's part.

BTW - anyone else recoginze the borrowed storylines between AMC and GH. Now we have the "repentant offender" who is absolutley convinced of their guilt (Kendall on AMC and Michael on GH) who wants to confess to the cops, but everyone around them thinks they are innocent and/or want to help them cover it up. Add another one to the books. I don't know which one is ripping the other off, but either way, these people really need to have some original ideas.

In our city, All My children has no sound today. It's funny, it is no more boring than when it does have sound.

Posted by cowboys fan at Friday, July 31 2009 12:13 PM

Duffie, why doesn't JR buy his own house? I don't get it.

Posted by cowboys fan at Friday, July 31 2009 12:15 PM

Ringleader, when someone confess to a crime, the lawyer should let the judge know. They are not suppose to help cover it up.

Posted by cowboys fan at Friday, July 31 2009 12:17 PM

I've heard some lawyers say if their client is guilty they don't want to represent them.
