JR and Babe say their vows, Krystal asks Tad to help her say goodbye, Ryan and Annie find Erica and Adam, Zach tries to stop Kendall's surgery and Greenlee learns Bianca's secret.
Ryan swears to Annie that they'll find Emma and then starts digging again. He tells Colby and Petey to work from another angle and then tries to get Annie to take a break. She won't rest, though. Annie brings up their last trip to the beach as they dig; Ryan says Emma will be okay. Petey tries to keep Colby calm but when Colby's back is turned, someone smashes him over the head with a rock! Colby screams and runs around to Ryan and Annie; they follow her to Petey.
Behind the wall of rocks, Erica wakes up and sees Adam under some of the rubble! Erica tells Adam that someone grabbed her hand just before the last cave-in but Adam refuses to believe her. He says she is imagining things and worried about him. "Oh, please!" Erica exclaims. Adam says she is in love with him! Erica starts digging but Adam keeps telling her that she loves him. Ryan, Colby and Annie finally break through; Ryan tells Erica about Kendall and she runs to get to the hospital. Adam says there was someone living in the tunnels but he doesn't know who.
Zach tries to bring Greenlee around in the hall. An officer comes by and once Greenlee is awake, Zach sends the officer and Greenlee to the closet with Binks while he goes to find Kendall's surgery room.
In the operating room, Jake yells at the staff to get the power back on or Kendall will die! They get a flashlight so Jake can keep working but the other doctors want him to stop because they don't have enough power to keep Kendall stabilized; Jake won't stop. He says he has to move forward, believing the generator will start up soon. The other doctors follow Jake's lead. Zach barges in as one of the doctor's says Kendall's pressure is dropping. Jake keeps working – and then the monitor flatlines! Zach tells them to stop but Jake insists that they have to keep going; they get Kendall's pressure back up and Zach leaves. The power comes back on and Jake finishes the surgery. He is about to leave when Kendall begins to have seizures!
Tad and Krystal get little A and Kathy back to their feet after the storm blows over and then Krystal runs for Babe's room. Joe tells the staff to keep working while Jesse calls all officers back to work! Joe tells Jesse they have no communication and they try to get things settled back down. Taylor arrives; Joe and Jesse are talking about the non-operating generator. Taylor says she can help and they hurry to the generator. Taylor suggests using jumper cables to get it started and runs to Jesse's truck. They hook up the jumper cables but it doesn't work. Jesse pounds on the buttons and finally the generator starts working.
Frankie asks Angie why Jesse didn't tell them about Natalia. Angie pushes Frankie over Nat's body when the storm hits again and after the dust settles, Angie rouses Frankie. He and Angie are worried about Natalia; Angie sees a huge cut on Frankie's hand. She bandages it and tells him he has to see a specialist when all of this is over. Frankie turns back to Natalia and asks for more information. Angie tells him what she knows – that Jesse raised Natalia until he returned to Pine Valley. Natalia wakes up and softly says Jesse was protecting them. Then, her body is wracked with pain. Natalia tells them that her mother knew from the beginning that Jesse belonged with them and when he learned it was safe, she pushed him to return to his family. She says she couldn't let go, though, and followed him. Angie asks why her mother was calling Jesse but before she can answer, Jesse walks in.
In the hospital room, JR lies down with Babe and holds her. Krystal comes to the room after the storm passes; Babe says JR saved her. When JR says he only wants to be with her, alive or dead, Babe admits that she knows she is dying. "And, no, you can't go with me," she says. Babe tells JR to be strong, every day, for little A and to tell him how much she loves him. Crying, JR promises. Babe tells him he can do this because she'll be in his heart forever. Krystal listens to them. Babe nearly passes out but then comes back around. She says they can't wait any longer and need to marry right away. JR carries Babe to the chapel as hospital workers rush to help their patients. Tad and Krystal watch them for a moment and leave. JR sits with Babe before the bank of candles and holds her. He says she saved him the moment she met him and tells her how much strength she has given him. "Before I met you I was suffocating. You taught me to breathe," he says as she cries. He kisses her. "You have to promise me to make little A feel like he can reach for the stars. Every day," she says. Babe leans against JR and then her body goes limp. JR breaks down. As he cries, the door opens – and David looks at them!
Tad asks Krystal what he can do for her; she says she doesn't know how to say goodbye and cries. Tad says she doesn't have to come up with words because Babe already knows how much she is loved. "When she's gone, I won't know who I am," Krystal cries. Tad says he knows who she is and he'll tell her every day; he holds her.
In the closet, Bianca holds the baby, telling her that she is safe. The officer brings Greenlee in and she says the power is out and Zach is trying to get to Kendall. Zach comes in and reports that the doctors are doing well. Bianca hands the baby to him and then passes out. Zach gets Joe and he brings Binks around; she swears she is fine and tells him to go work on patients who need him. Bianca asks for the baby and tells Zach to stay with Kendall. He says he is giving Jake space. Greenlee asks about baby names; Binks says she and Reese were certain it was a boy and didn't pick out girl names. Zach mentions that he knows Reese and says they met in Paris. Zach agrees that the baby needs a name and Bianca says he deserves a vote! The power comes back on and Greens asks if Zach is the father! Bianca admits he is but says Zach didn't know until she showed up in Pine Valley; she says Kendall didn't know either. Greens is shocked. Bianca says she kept quiet because her first and second trimesters were very rough; she says she was coming home to break the news. Binks swears Greenlee to secrecy. Jake arrives and says there was a problem with the surgery!
