Adam goes to Stuart's grave, David puts the moves on someone, and Zach winds up in jail!
Liza is at home with the baby when Bailey comes in. Liza is short with her, and suggests that she leave. Bailey refuses! Liza tells her that what she does is not okay - she contacted the biological father and invited him there. Bailey says it's not a big deal. Liza warns the girl not to play her - it's a very big deal! Liza points out that Damon is a bad boy - quite a turn-on, until you regret it later on. Liza says she realizes Bailey contacted him in the small hope that he would change - but guys like that don't. The baby cries, and Liza goes to see to him.
David is at the bar standing beside Damon, who is eying up Amanda. David tells him to watch his mouth - that's the mother of his children. Damon smirks as Amanda grabs Jake, saying all she wants to do is crawl up in his pyramid for the night! David watches grimly as Jake and Amanda kiss. Jake pulls her into a corner and tries to unravel her bandages. David gets up and walks over, saying he thinks that's quite enough! Amanda tells David to just go - she promises to keep her end of the bargain. After David leaves, Amanda worries that she might not be able to get pregnant - she asks Jake what happens then? He urges her to stay positive. Jake says the love he feels for her goes beyond the physical. They embrace.
In the elevator, Annie is panicking about the closed space, she grabs the sympathetic Scott and kisses him deeply. Scott pulls back and asks why she did that?! She says she doesn't know, but admits she needs him to help her get to Adam. She says she's scared - there's a lot at stake right now. Scott wonders if she's offering him pity sex to help her get out of the elevator - he says some of her mixed messages are really out there! Annie accuses him of the same thing! Scott tells Annie he hates himself for being attracted to her - she's engaged to his uncle! She says he's a friend, and Scott scoffs that you don't come on to a friend or offer them sex! Annie starts talking about her difficult childhood and relationships - she declares that Adam is the only person who has ever loved her for who she is. Scott boosts Annie up to reach the ceiling of the elevator.
Aidan arrives back at the chapel. Kendall is relieved to see him. She says Zach is putting a big push on Adam tonight to get him to crack - she hopes it works. Kendall talks about missing Halloween, and complains about Annie getting away with things. Aidan agrees, she's a real piece of work. They talk about Erica, and Bianca, but Kendall points out that her whole world changed when she met Zach. Aidan, who is fixing a heater, gets a zap. Kendall muses that's what you get when you mess with live wires - meaning Annie! She asks what Aidan ever saw in her. They discuss Greenlee - she says she's sorry Aidan got hurt. Aidan says he couldn't save Greenlee, and he tried to save Annie - he maybe should have got a puppy instead! They look at a book, and Aidan does his imitation of Zach at his wedding to Kendall - she smiles, but then turns somber - she misses Zach and her boys.
At the Chandler Mansion, Adam remembers shooting his brother on the night in question. Zach, Ryan, and Erica listen as he blurts, "Oh God, I remember! Stuart, I remember!" Erica quietly asks what it is he remembers. Adam stares at Erica, but sees Annie's face. He recalls Annie finding him on the night of the murder by Stuart's body. Adam cries, "No, no, no!" Zach implores him to say it - Annie shot Stuart, but Erica steps in again and tells Adam she's there for him. Adam is lost in his own thoughts, remembering how Annie explained to him that he didn't shoot at himself - it was his brother! Zach demands that Adam say what he's remembered. Ryan hisses at him to stop pushing. Adam tells them he wants them to leave. When they don't, he pulls a gun, then sets off the alarm! Adam then runs out of the room saying he knows exactly what needs to be done!
Jesse arrives at the Chandler Mansion in response to the security alarm. Annie and Scott come in to hear Zach, Ryan, and Erica telling Jesse that Adam took off with a gun! Zach makes a move to leave and Jesse hollers that he just bought a ticket to jail. As he's hauled away by an officer, Zach turns to Ryan and says, "Finish it."
David shows up at Liza's house. He comments that Bailey just ran past him down the hall. Liza picks up the phone, and David is floored that she's calling her! David tells Liza that she was disappointed when she left the bar. Liza notes she had babysitting problems. David says he knows she was used to distract him to give Jake and Amanda alone time, but he doesn't mind, because it was her - he'd like to spend more time with her! David points out that she must not hate him, or she wouldn't have agreed to spend time with him for any reason. He urges her to take the plunge with him! David says Amanda's the one who can't have sex right now - not him. Liza tells him to go off on his own - that's the only sex he's going to get! He grins as she shows him the door.
Back at ConFusion, Bailey kisses Damon as her phone rings - she ignores it. Damon talks about going on the road with his band. She asks why he's here? Damon says she used to be into having a good time - she says things have changed - she had a baby.
At the jail cell, Jesse confronts Zach about the recordings of Stuart's voice. He then hands him a blackberry and tells him to use it to write some poetry. Zach sends Kendall a message saying it's almost over - he remembered.
At Stuart's grave, Adam asks him how he could have done it - he was his heart and salvation. Adam explains that he thought he was shooting himself. Adam cries, and notes that Stuart always loved him, and always forgave him, but he can't do that now - he doesn't deserve it. Adam tells Stuart he never should have stood by him - he's evil - and he took the life of an angel. Adam collapses against the tombstone in grief. Just as he's telling Stuart he has nothing to live for, Annie appears and blurts, "You have me!"
At the chapel, Aidan holds Kendall while she sleeps. He sees the message from Zach and looks thoughtful.
