David gives Liza a warning, JR and Marissa break the news, and Emma recalls the murder!
At Jesse's house, Madison's father tells the Hubbards that he looked at the security tapes. Frankie says that he must have come because he wants to know the truth, then asks, "Madison confessed to you, didn't she?" The man says he wanted to blame them for the death of his daughter, but he can't. He thinks back to Madison's confession, then tells the Hubbards she died a few hours after she told him she'd killed Henry. He apologizes for what they had to go through, saying he wishes Madison had never met Henry North. Jesse tells the man the tapes are history - they won't make them public.
At the Chandler Mansion, Marissa tells Adam she loves JR. He says that love put her sister in an early grave. JR steps toward Adam, and Scott intervenes. Adam apologizes for the tension between him and JR, then asks Scott to escort Marissa out. Adam then tells JR that he knows why he married that girl - and love has nothing to do with it! Adam recounts how Babe almost got him out of the bottle, and now he's taking Marissa down, dragging her around like a new, improved Babe! JR says he's happy and he doesn't care what Adam thinks. He also tells him he's sober and won't drink again. Adam is skeptical.
Emma tells Annie she hates her and runs upstairs, after she learns Annie plans to marry Adam. Erica asks Annie what she thought was going to happen? Ryan goes after Emma, saying he's sorry Annie didn't tell her about the wedding. Emma notes that he didn't tell her either. Ryan apologizes, saying he was worried how she'd feel. They embrace. Annie tells Erica she knows she doesn't want her moving in there - it would cramp her style! They get into a bickering match over who's been messing with Emma's head - Annie or Ryan. Erica insists that Annie is the only one to blame! Annie goes up to Emma and Ryan just as Emma tells her father she's ready to tell her secret! Emma asks them both to leave the room. She locks the door.
At the Yacht Club, David and Zach face-off over whether or not Kendall is actually guilty, and what might have happened had David not been drugging Adam. Liza comes over and David walks away. Liza tells Zach to stop pulling his tail - it only makes things worse! They discuss Kendall, and Zach says he hasn't seen or heard from her since he got the note. Liza warns him he's being followed, and he says he knows. Zach tells Liza he's going after Annie. She warns him not to make more trouble - his wife's got enough for the both of them! Zach gets a call from Erica saying that Annie is over at Ryan's with Emma, and this could be it!
In the living room, the Hubbards join hands and swear to never again talk about North or anything to do with the case. They all promise, even the reluctant Natalia. Angie and Jesse embrace. She tells him he always pulls them back together.
David is sitting with Bailey and Stuart at the Yacht Club. Liza joins them, and Bailey tells her David thought she was the nanny. Liza introduces David to Bailey - he's amazed that she came all the way from Ohio for a visit. Liza says that's because he's a totally different person than the rest of them! After he goes to talk to Marissa, Liza tells Bailey David's a control freak, but he does love his kids. Bailey and Liza talk about the future. Bailey says Liza is a great mom and she doesn't want to take that away from her. Liza says it's only about what is best for Stuart. Liza asks what Bailey sees in the future for her son, and herself. Bailey is doubtful that she's ready to take care of him, but Liza feels she's more grown up than she thinks.
David joins Marissa and JR at a table in the Yacht Club. He comments on JR's bald head. JR quips that it helps him think clearer - David suggests Marissa do it too - it might give her better taste in boyfriends. She says, "Or husbands." She then tells David that she and JR eloped! JR suggests that they leave, but David says they haven't had champagne yet - he proceeds to needle JR about drinking. Marissa tells David he's just jealous - she's found someone who loves her for her. She says he had to blackmail Amanda to live with him - his family is a joke, and he's totally ignored her since they moved in! David asks where she's going - she says to the place where she and JR fell in love.
In Ryan's living room, Annie, Ryan, and Erica argue loudly about Emma. Erica hisses at Annie that she is the one who has poisoned that little girl's mind! Annie gathers her things to leave, and tells them they can both go to hell! After she leaves, Erica tells Ryan that she called Zach. Ryan is ticked off - he'll just want to run upstairs and interrogate Emma! Erica says he and Zach make a great team, but Ryan says he's only on Emma's team. Erica says she's leaving - when she opens the door, Zach is standing there. She tells him he wasted a trip, and leaves. Ryan tells Zach things didn't go well with Annie, and they've got a new problem. They discuss the situation, and Zach says they need to focus on someone besides Emma. Ryan feels they should put the heat on Adam!
At home, Randi tells Frankie that she needs to re-focus on Fusion. Frankie is distracted, and Randi realizes the only thing he can think about is Madison being dead. Randi remarks that Natalia seemed to have a lot of doubt. Frankie says she's afraid to believe, just like they are - he says they have to accept that they're free. He decides to watch the tapes - for closure. Randi joins him - Madison has been edited out! Randi tells him to just get rid of them - he drops them in the wastebasket and sets it on fire! They doze off on the couch, and Randi dreams that the tapes are on the news and Madison is at the door holding a bookend!
Natalia and Jesse sit at the Yacht Club discussing the Madison situation. She tells him that she doesn't believe any of this - she doesn't trust Madison's father. Jesse says he was different because he just lost his child. Angie shows up and confirms that Madison died - she called just to be sure.
Annie slams into the Chandler Mansion, ranting to Adam that she told Emma they were getting married and she said she hated her! Annie says she's worried that it's all about to come out! Adam says that holding on to this secret must be killing Emma - it's killing him!
Marissa and JR arrive at chemotherapy. He laughs at the idea that this is the place she fell in love with him. They kiss and cuddle as the nurse prepares his treatment.
David joins Liza again after Bailey leaves, and warns that she's playing with fire letting that girl anywhere near the baby. Liza says that she wants what is best for her son - she loves him - just like Jake loves Trevor. David says, "Don't say I didn't warn you."
Alone in her room, Emma has a flashback to the night of the murder. The shooter is Adam!
