Adam admits the truth, Jack reads the riot act, and Jesse does the unthinkable!
Marissa stands in the office at Chandler talking to someone in a chair. Thinking it's JR, she says she wants to talk to him about the kiss - but it's Scott! Marissa feels foolish, so he asks if she wants to talk. She admits that she kissed JR and it didn't go well - JR was thinking about Babe! Marissa tells Scott he's a good listener, and he invites her to go somewhere with him!
In the hotel room with Henry's dead body, Jesse tells Randi that he's calling the DC police. She grabs his arm, saying, "You can't do that!" Jesse tries to reassure her, but a frantic Randi blurts that she can't risk going to jail - she's pregnant. Jesse asks if anyone at all saw her there. She says no one saw her, but Zach Slater might know she's there! Randi explains that she came to try to get Henry to back off of Kendall, and Jesse too! Jesse is taken aback.
At the casino, Madison tells Zach that she took his advice and showed her husband that she has power too! She makes Zach suspicious by saying that he and his wife can relax - everything is going to be fine now! He questions her, but she says to just trust her! Zach tries to call Jesse, but gets no answer. Madison remembers the last moments with Henry, then picks up her cell phone and says, "Yes, hello. I'm calling from the Jefferson Suite."
In the Chandler living room, Adam tells Annie and JR that he remembers everything now - Annie killed his brother! Annie wonders what would happen if she confessed right now - would Adam look out for her? JR asks if she's nuts?! Annie says this is too strange - one minute Adam is defending her, then accusing her the next - someone got to him! Annie announces that Adam couldn't have remembered seeing her shoot Stuart because she didn't do it! Annie reminds Adam how she took care of him, and he suddenly admits that he didn't remember anything - he was testing her! Ryan and Kendall listen from a hiding spot, as Annie lays into Adam about trust and stalks out!
Scott and Marissa are at the casino - he's betting on slots. She likes the new unpredictable Scott! After Scott loses, she tells him to get out the rest of his money - he regards her skeptically, but goes along to play blackjack!
JR shakes his head at Adam in the Chandler living room, asking, "You can't remember anything?" JR says he's going to see his son - at least when he plays games, he understands them! Ryan and Kendall emerge from their hiding spot - Adam asks if Zach is in there too?! Ryan tells him he should have kept riding Annie - she would have cracked! Adam throws them out, telling security to have them arrested! Jack arrives on the scene and asks Adam if he has proof that they broke in. Kendall sighs, and explains to Jack about the plan to expose Annie. Jack huffs, and explains to Adam that it's not breaking and entering if he's in cahoots with the accused!
Upstairs in her room, Annie sits in the window crying and then pulls out the device that Aidan gave her to remove her ankle monitor!
At the blackjack table, Scott is getting caught up in winning. He and Marissa are having a good time. He tells her if they win some more he will take her out for a fabulous dinner! Suddenly, his demeanor changes and he decides to cash out - JR is in the doorway! Marissa asks Scott why he changed his mind, as JR saunters over. Scott remarks that he's heading back to the office so they can talk. JR asks Marissa if she and Scott were on a date. She explains how they came to be together. They discuss the kiss - he says he heard alarms when they got close - he's trying to go slow and be smart - for his son's sake. She assumes he wants to be friends, but he wants to date! Marissa agrees, as long as they bring Little A along!
Still in the hotel room, Jesse tells Randi that Frankie and Angie - all of them - are going to be ecstatic about the baby she's carrying. Suddenly, there is a knock at the door - it's room service. Jesse tells them he's indisposed and waits until the guy leaves before pulling the cart inside. He takes a napkin and picks up the bookend in it. Randi realizes he's covering this up - he tells her to trust him! Randi goes into the hall, signals Jesse by phone that the coast is clear - he wheels out Henry's body under the food cart! After they are around the corner, Zach appears and knocks on the room door! He gets an employee to let him in - they discuss the missing food cart, and the fact that North is gone too!
Adam heads up to Annie's room and discovers the open window, saying, "Oh no!" Behind him, Annie appears, saying she almost left. He pleads with her to forgive him. Annie admits she took the monitor off, but then realized she had nowhere to go - and running makes her look guilty. Adam's glad she stayed - they need each other. Annie and Adam kiss.
Back at Kendall's house, Jack reads her and Ryan the riot act for taking matters into their own hands, pointing out that Kendall did that the night of the murder - and look where that got her! He leaves, disgusted! Kendall worries to Ryan that it's all over for her now. He tries to reassure her, but she says North won't stop now!
Jesse reassures a frantic Randi as they prop up North's dead body in his car and push it into the river!
