Kendall appears to give up, Randi makes a decision, and Aidan is busted!
At the Chandler Mansion, Adam tells Annie he'll keep her safe - tonight she's sleeping with him. Annie hesitates, and he says, "No, no, no, no." He's having trouble sleeping too - he just wants her in the same room - not the same bed. He then asks her to tell him again what happened that night in the attic - he needs to make sense of this jumble in his mind! She tells him again, and he says he believes her, but he feels he still can't let it go! Suddenly, security comes in with Aidan in tow, saying that there's a bug in the house! Adam wants an apology, but Aidan asks if he's kidding - he defended Annie! Adam wants to arrest him, but Annie asks that he be let go. Aidan leaves. Adam says Aidan is trying to frame her. She says the truth will prevail - that Kendall shot his brother!
At Ryan's house, he assures Erica that he will find a way to get Kendall out of this! She thanks him for being so strong. Ryan says he used to tell Greenlee that he'd protect her too - look how that turned out. He wonders if he can protect Emma. Erica says what happened to Greenlee wasn't his fault! Erica then rants about Adam not being able to see that Annie is pulling the wool over his eyes. Ryan asks how she feels about Adam. She admits she may be in love with him - if she didn't hate him so much! She laughs, then says that Adam definitely isn't true love material. Ryan wonders who will turn out to be her soulmate. There is a slight flirtation as she leaves.
Frankie is in his hospital room moving his fingers when North comes in. He says he's looking for Jesse. Frankie says he's working, and North replies, "Finally!" Frankie comments on the support his father, and the rest of his family have been giving him, and North remarks on Frankie having a beautiful wife! Frankie asks about Henry's wife. North tries to plant seeds of doubt about Randi, saying everyone has secrets.
Tad tells Kendall, at the casino, that he did indeed see her twice on the night of Stuart's murder. Jesse appears and Kendall launches into a panic about North setting her up. When Jesse remarks that North won't look at other suspects, the story about Annie comes out, as well as the fact that Tad and Ryan went to the D.A. Jesse is not impressed, saying to Kendall, "There's another nail in your coffin." Jesse says they should have come to him first! Kendall imagines Tad and Jesse each having to take the stand and implicate her - she becomes very afraid and blurts out that she's going to be convicted!
At Randi's house, Zach grills her with questions about Henry North being there. She admits that she knew him back when she was a hooker, and that he was in love with her! She says they got close, and Henry wanted to save her. Randi says he was a big-time lawyer and she felt she had no business being with him. She walked away. Zach learns that Henry was there asking her to go away for the weekend. Randi says it's typical she was happy - and now Henry comes into her life. Zach urges her to stay away from him - he'll take care of the rest!
Jesse arrives back at the hospital and finds North in Frankie's room. He asks to speak to him in the corridor. They discuss Ryan and Tad, and Jesse points out that Annie could have been the woman Tad saw. North refuses to investigate Annie. He tells Jesse that he needs to pry himself away from his family long enough to collect the evidence he needs to complete the case against Kendall. Just then, Randi arrives. North loudly says he's going out of town. Jesse speaks to Randi before walking away. North then tells Randi he'll be in the Jefferson Suite when she changes her mind!
Erica meets Kendall outside of Ryan's door. Kendall imagines Erica on the witness stand testifying against her, but she tells her mother not to worry - everything's going to be fine! Kendall enters and rushes to let Ryan embrace her, saying, "Everything is falling apart!" Ryan assures her that they still have time. She imagines Ryan testifying against her. He tries to reassure her, but she seems to be giving up. They briefly discuss their relationship. He says he doesn't blame her. They hug. She thanks him for everything.
Erica visits Zach at the casino and tells him that she just saw Kendall at Ryan's - she's very upset. Zach sighs and wonders what she's going to do next. Erica spots Aidan and he tells her that he got busted by Adam's security. They discuss Annie, and Aidan remarks that if she has to, she'll go deep underground. Erica says more like deep under Adam's sheets! They both dislike that idea.
Randi goes in to see Frankie. He talks about North, and how he's giving Jesse such a hard time and trying to turn the whole force against him! Frankie also talks about Kendall's case, wondering what Zach's going through - it's not as if anyone is going to step up at this stage. Randi suddenly says she has to go away for the weekend. She tells Frankie she loves him.
Kendall arrives at home and sits down to look in a mirror. She imagines being on the stand herself as Henry North questions her. The sitter comes in with the boys, and Kendall asks to speak with them alone. She chokes up as she says she has something important to tell them.
Erica breaks into the Chandler Mansion and tells security to stay back. Adam appears and asks what she's doing there again. Annie also comes in and she and Erica start bickering as Annie makes it clear that she was in his bedroom. When Adam leaves to shut off the alarm, Erica tells Annie that she may have fooled Adam, but not her! She assures her that she'll keep coming after her until she admits the truth - that Kendall didn't kill Stuart - she did! Annie's face contorts and she attacks Erica - grabbing her around the throat and saying, "No more!" Security knocks on the locked door!
Randi arrives at North's hotel suite. He tells her she's beautiful, but she merely says it's time for him to hold up his end of the deal - to leave Kendall and Jesse alone. He says she'll have to sleep with him!
Zach arrives home to find Kendall gone. The sitter tells him that she was there, but she disappeared.
