Ryan refuses to let Annie see Emma so she takes action, Frankie learns his fate, Angie turns on Taylor, Kendall won't help with Bella, Aidan wonders how to fix his marriage and Greenlee goes to Ryan!
Annie is sleeping on the terrace when Babe comes up and wakes her. She says she won't be at work; Babe tells her to go see Ryan. Adam comes out and pushes Annie to go after Ryan and get her daughter back instead of waiting for him to bring Emma back.
Ryan makes Emma pancakes but she says they aren't in shapes the way Annie makes them. Ryan suggests a morning at the park and she goes upstairs. Annie stops by but Ryan refuses to let her see Emma!
Tad is at the Comeback with Krystal when Angie walks in. She tells him that Jesse told her everything and asks him to stop the investigation. Tad reluctantly agrees. Aidan arrives; Tad notices how glum he is but Aidan won't open up. He tells him to drop the investigation. Krystal comes over and asks Tad if he is bored with his non-PI life. Tad kisses her and says no.
At the police station, Taylor listens as Frankie tells Jesse and Angie that his redeployment has been pushed back for six months because of the DUI arrest. Angie is thrilled which angers Frankie; she tries to get Randi to say she agrees but Randi only says she wants Frankie safe and happy. She leaves for work. Angie tries to get through to Frankie but he says he will be wasting time the next six months when he could be saving lives in Iraq. He leaves, too. Angie turns her anger on Taylor, saying the woman is pushing Frankie into being in places he doesn't want to be. Taylor defends herself and the war but Angie won't listen. She says Taylor could never understand a mother's fear because she isn't married and doesn't have kids. Crying, Taylor leaves. Angie turns to Jesse, happy that Frankie will be home for a while longer. Jesse says she has to start treating Frankie like an adult and not like a child.
Frankie goes to the hospital. He tells Jake about the arrest and his sentence. He continues on to get ready for work. Taylor arrives for a doctor's appointment. Jake asks if she is finally ready to be honest about the post-traumatic stress she has been under; the more he questions her the more upset she becomes. She tells him to back off because she is going where she belongs. Jake calls her bluff and calls her a liar. Taylor starts shaking. Jake walks away. Taylor sees Frankie a few minutes later and is still shaking. She asks him for a prescription to help stop the shaking!
At Fusion, Kendall is surprised to see Greenlee back. She and Aidan kiss goodbye and Kendall tries to talk to her. Greenlee won't say anything. Amanda arrives and kisses Jake goodbye. They get to work by going over the figures for Bella but Kendall and Greenlee are distracted so Amanda does the bulk of the work. Petey arrives; Amanda gives him a lot of grunt work and calls him 'Intern'. After awhile Kendall gets Greenlee talking and she opens up about calling Aidan Ryan. Kendall can't believe it and wants to focus on Greenlee's 'love' but Greenlee won't let her. Babe arrives for work and a few moments later Annie walks in. Babe tells the group about Ryan taking Emma; Kendall and Greenlee jump to his defense and won't listen to Annie at all. Frustrated, Annie leaves. Kendall convinces Greenlee to go to Ryan so that Zach won't be mad at her. Kendall watches as Petey takes a message for Greenlee and then leaves with the message in his pocket. She tells Babe, who leaves to see if Petey and Adam are clandestinely meeting! Aidan comes to pick up Greenlee for lunch; Kendall covers for her, saying Greenlee went to see a supplier. She asks about the honeymoon and says Greenlee was upset because it was cut short. Aidan doesn't say anything. She asks about his cases. "As if I would tell you," he says and walks out.
Annie goes to the police station and tells Jesse that Ryan is violating the restraining order and won't give Emma back.
Greenlee arrives at the penthouse just as Ryan is bringing Emma back. She tells him to give Emma back because Annie is going to the police. Ryan refuses even when she begs him. Jesse arrives with Annie and a social worker. Emma runs to Annie who smiles triumphantly at Ryan and Greens. Jesse says Ryan has to release Emma to go back to the mansion with Annie. Emma wants to know why she can't live at her home. Greenlee tells Ryan to stop; Annie says Emma is coming with her. The social worker steps in but Ryan still won't let her go. Jesse gets between them as the social worker takes Emma. Ryan fights him and Jesse arrests him! Greenlee screams at Annie to stop this. Annie tells Greenlee to back off - or she'll be arrested, too!
Petey arrives at the Chandler manse and sneaks around so he won't be seen. When he is sure Adam is alone he tells Adam about Greenlee's perfume reaction and his pilfered message. He says they are in the clear because the doctor wasn't sure how Greenlee came into contact with the solution that caused her reaction. Adam is pleased. Neither notices Babe listening to them on the terrace!
