Erica can't forget about Josh, Kendall and Zach come to an understanding, Ryan rushes Annie to the hospital and Greenlee calls on Jake for help.
Between security, JR and Adam, Ryan is escorted back to the sitting room. Adam dismisses security and tells Petey, who was outside Colby's room, that he can leave, too. Ryan tells the gathering that Annie has been lying for months now but Babe keeps sticking up for Annie. So do JR and Adam. Adam brings up Kendall and Greenlee, saying they have been pushing at Annie and making her insecurities grow. Ryan tells him to leave the other women out of it. Adam says she just needs time and space. Ryan says he'll leave but once he reaches the door, he locks Adam, JR and Babe inside. Petey tries to stop him from going upstairs but can't. Annie barely makes it back to bed before Ryan bursts in, followed by Adam, JR and Babe who were released by Petey. Adam offers to call security. She says she is fine and tries to put Emma back to bed but the little girl wants to be with Ryan. Babe leads her away to the kitchen with promises of ice cream. The Chandler's leave. Ryan confronts her about the restraining order. She says he has hurt her much more than simple physical abuse and then has another cramp. She falls to the floor. "Help us," she whispers. Ryan carries her downstairs; JR promises to keep an eye on Emma. When they are alone, JR asks Adam what he is really up to by letting Petey hang around and being nice to Babe. Adam insists he is just turning over a new leaf, that Petey is a good influence on Colby and that Babe deserves all of the accolades. JR returns to the sitting room. Petey steps from behind a column and tells Adam he is the king of subterfuge. Adam tells him not to get too comfortable around Colby!
Greenlee hears noises from behind the walls and gets nervous. She calls Jake and asks him to come over. Jake arrives and checks things out. He doesn't find anything strange. She says the plant fell; Jake decides it could have been wind, but it would have to be a strong gust to knock over the plant. Greenlee apologizes for calling him and overreacting. Jake sees her movie choice and teases her. Greenlee asks about Amanda. Jake says they are drama free and having fun. He asks about Aidan and she says things are perfect - except for their fight. Jake asks if they fought about Ryan and she says it was about a broken wedding present. Ryan calls and tells Jake something is wrong with Annie. Jake agrees to meet him at the hospital. He tells Greenlee there is a problem with Annie; she decides to come along.
At Cambias, Kendall asks why Zach really hired Ryan. She decides that Zach hired him because he wanted to keep Ryan close because he feels Ryan is an enemy. That isn't it at all and Zach tells her so. He says he hired Ryan to fix the mess Josh left them with. Kendall doesn't believe him and he says this is exactly what he is talking about - that she can't focus on their life for even one second without bringing her friends into it. Kendall says he knew what she was about when he married her. "I would just like her to be involved with our stuff a little bit more," says Zach. Kendall promises to try, as long as he tries, too. They kiss. Zach says he'll be home soon and she leaves. Zach meets with one of his men and tells him to call off the search for Josh but not to tell anyone. He sends the goon away, telling him that any new casino questions should be sent to Ryan. Zach calls home and is frustrated when Rachael says Kendall isn't home because she is at the hospital with a friend.
On her way out of the office, Kendall runs into Erica. She asks where Josh is but Kendall doesn't know. Erica asks how she can contact Josh if she needs to; Kendall says they have to act as if Josh is gone forever. Erica begins blaming herself for Josh's actions, saying she may have pushed him by not accepting him sooner. Kendall warns her not to try to find Josh because it could get him killed! Erica can't believe that Kendall finds it so easy to let go. She says she can't do that and leaves. Greenlee calls to tell her about Annie's problems. Kendall agrees to meet them at the hospital.
Erica runs to ConFusion where she sees Jack. She tries to enlist his help with the Josh situation. Carmen walks over and offers to help with anything. Erica says she can't help. Jack tells Erica not to be mean. She leaves. Carmen remembers what day it is and Jack hugs her. Jack tries to get through to Carmen but she is worried about Erica. Frustrated, Jack says Erica probably didn't have a family problem at all. He believes she made everything up to get his attention.
Erica goes to Adam's and asks him for help with the Josh situation. Adam won't even listen to her and slams the door in her face!
At the hospital, Annie begs the doctors to save her baby. Annie says she has had some spotting and cramps. Jake arrives as the other doctor moves Annie to a private room. Ryan tries to follow but Annie tells him to leave her alone. Jake promises to keep Ryan informed; he goes to the waiting room where Greenlee is. They watch a 9/11 report on television and reflect on the problems they are facing now. Ryan brings up Annie and swears he didn't create the bruises she was showing off. Greenlee believes him. He wonders what losing the baby will do to her and worries that Annie won't be able to be there for Emma. Kendall arrives and sees them holding hands. She steps away quickly. Jake comes in and sends Ryan to Annie for the sonogram. Kendall comes into the room and asks Greenlee what is going on! Greenlee says Annie could lose the baby but Kendall is hard-hearted and refuses to feel sympathy for her. Zach walks in and tells her to stop being mean and start supporting their friends!
In her hospital room, Ryan sits with Annie as the sonogram begins.
Back in the sitting room, JR tells Babe they have to be wary of Adam because he is up to something. He returns to the foyer, sees Adam and Petey and asks point blank what Annie and Petey have to do with his plans. Adam dodges the questions. JR and Babe take Emma upstairs, read her a story and put her to bed. JR tells Babe he likes this story. In the hall, he says she is his best friend and the love of his life. "I want to laugh, dance and sing," he says and kisses her.

Her timing was perfection! Just as Ryan knocks on the bedroom door, she's climbing in the window and pretends to be asleep. Fully dressed, including shoes!! OK! OK! I KNOW! I'm being a 'knit picky' fan! hehehe If this was a test to see if we pay attention to details. WE passed! hehehe If it was just an oversight because there were more important details they were trying to bring to light, I guess I need to concentrate more on the 'Big Picture'!! hehehe
