Jesse confronts Cass and Dre, Babe learns of Colby's drinking, Adam pulls the rug out from under JR, Ryan and Kendall argue about Annie and Zach watches as Annie struggles with her guilt - and Richie's ghost!
Colby is walking, drunk, through Chandler Enterprises when she bumps into Babe. Babe tries to talk to her but Colby ignores her. Babe stops her and tries to get her to talk but Colby won't open up to her. She walks away.
Zach and Kendall are at Fusion; Kendall can't stop talking badly about Annie. Zach tells her to stop but she can't. She swears she isn't interfering but says Annie is a carbon copy of Richie! Zach kisses her and says they'll talk more at home. He leaves.
At her penthouse, Aidan lays out a blanket, grabs Greenlee's computer and tells her it is time to build their dream house! She is thrilled and they get to work. He says he already has the place in mind - 10 acres of property near the Yacht Club! As they design their dream home, they talk about the future. He shows her one more picture and Greenlee says that one is perfect! They make love and neither notices that the gas to the fireplace is leaking!
JR walks into the Chandler boardroom but Adam is the only one there. He calls his assistant and orders her to get everyone in the office. Adam hangs up the phone and says they need to talk. He tells JR that he is beaten and shakes his hand! JR wonders what Adam is really up to. He insists that the board members are completely behind JR because of the good work he's done. JR apologizes for not believing his father; Adam says he understands. They laugh about JR's actions with the newspapers and then Adam turns on him and calls him spineless! Adam waves a tape in JR's face. JR says the board is still on his side but Adam says no one believes in him! Babe rushes in, followed by Colby and the police! Adam tries to run interference but Colby leaves with the officer.
Dre arrives at Cassandra's. She is still upset and so is he. Jesse and Angie walk in and ask to talk to the kids. She keeps lying until Jesse confronts her with the pictures from the surveillance cameras. Dre takes her aside and says they have to come forward but she refuses. She says she is going back to Jacob's but Jesse says she can't. Angie tells Jesse to do whatever he has to do to keep Cass safe.
Ryan walks in to the penthouse and sees Annie with a pipe wrench. She explains that a pipe was leaking and she was fixing it. He asks about Emma and Annie says she's at a sleep over with Spike and then says she dropped the bomb about the pregnancy, too. Ryan offers to fix the pipe before his next meeting. She asks if the meeting is with Greenlee and when he says it isn't she admits she saw them at ConFusion the night before. Annie gets emotional and tells him to go to his meeting. He leaves. She grabs the pipe wrench, puts it in her purse and turns around to see Richie in the penthouse! "Miss me?" he asks! Before she can say anything Zach arrives. As she talks about Ryan and the pregnancy, Richie taunts her to tell him what she really plans to do with the pipe wrench. Zach brings her back to the present. She blames her weirdness on pregnancy hormones and then apologizes for telling Jesse about the beating. Zach says it is in the past and invites her to sit with him. She tells him that she wants to leave Pine Valley with Ryan! Zach suggests she take Ryan to his Las Vegas casino for a second honeymoon. She says he and Kendall should come along so that she can mend those fences. Zach agrees to set it up. When she turns around, Richie is behind the door. He bangs a tire iron against her purse and asks what she is really planning. Annie grabs her bag and leaves the penthouse.
Ryan arrives at Fusion and finds Kendall looking at one of Annie's pictures. They argue about Kendall telling Greenlee the truth about his feelings. Ryan says he'll stop loving Greenlee; Kendall says he can't stay with nut-job Annie because Annie will hurt Greens! He insists that she has forgiven Greens and slams the photo back on Annie's desk. A key falls out. Both wonder what the key is for.
Jesse arrives at the PVPD with Cassandra and Dre in tow. Another officer begins questioning Dre and Jesse, along with Angie, focuses on Cassandra. She sullenly states her name. Angie tries to get through to Cass but she won't even look at her mother. Colby arrives, followed by the rest of the Chandler clan. Adam tries to bluff her way out but Colby says she wants to talk! She goes into another room with an officer. Adam calls Barry for help. JR turns on him, angry because Adam didn't tell him how much trouble Colby was in. Adam says this is just happening because Jesse doesn't like him. JR angrily tells Adam to leave but he won't. Barry calls and says he will be right down. At his desk, Jesse questions Cassandra, who says she was driving Colby's car. In his questioning session, Dre says the same thing; in her interrogation, so does Colby! Babe catches up to JR and tells him about Colby's drinking. Jesse gathers all of the kids, along with Adam and Angie, together and tries to break them. He orders them to tell the truth but none of them will change their story so Jesse threatens to place them all under arrest. Angie and Adam can't believe it.
Annie drives to the country, places her car in neutral and then gets out. She releases the parking break and rolls it down a hill and into a tree! There isn't much damage so Annie starts bashing it with the pipe wrench! She fakes an asthma attack and calls Ryan. His machine picks up and she leaves a hysterical message. When she hangs up she says, "You better not be with Greenlee."
