Erica's romantic dinner for two turns into dinner for six, Aidan questions Annie, Greenlee spends time with Ryan and Randi tries to land a real job.
At the Yacht Club, Erica is getting ready for her date with Samuel when Kendall and Zach stop by, surprising her. They want to take her to dinner. Sam arrives, stunning Kendall. Erica invites him in and then invites Kendall and Zach to join them. They hesitate but Sam says the company would be great. They leave.
At her new place, Randi gets dressed and checks her appearance. "Too much," she says and changes. She doesn't like her makeup either and starts over.
Aidan goes to the doctor's office, pretending to be a lawyer, and charms the receptionist. She looks up Ryan's file for him.
At the penthouse, Annie tells Emma that she is going to have a baby. Emma is very excited. Aidan arrives and asks about Ryan; he isn't home. Aidan begins questioning Annie about the pregnancy and the future. "You couldn't pull off something like this alone," he says! This makes Annie nervous; Aidan tries to calm her by asking about nannies and babysitters but she doesn't believe him. He apologizes and says his special ops training sometimes makes small talk seem like an interrogation. She asks about Greenlee; he says things are going well. She advises him to sweep Greenlee off her feet - and right down the wedding aisle! She shows him out, certain that her secret is safe.
Jack calls to postpone a meeting as he waits for Carmen at the Valley Inn. Carmen walks in but instead of talking about her case, she questions Jack about Erica. Samuel and Erica arrive and are mobbed by the paparazzi. Carmen sees them and runs over, screaming! She announces Erica's arrival. She sees Kendall and Zach, hurries over to Jack and tells him they have hurry or Erica will fall for Sam! Jack doesn't hop-to the way Carmen wants so she bugs him until he agrees with her. Zach asks Samuel about the campaign. After a few more pictures, Jack makes his way to Kendall and Erica. Carmen grabs Kendall and drags her away to talk books, leaving Jack and Erica to talk alone. Erica invites Jack to join them for dinner. Once the table is ready, Erica orders drinks for everyone. Carmen brings up Erica's marriage to Jack, telling both how wonderful they looked. Erica asks about Spike and Ian and talk turns to Spike's hockey abilities. Erica asks about Dre; Sam says he likes hockey, too. Jack comments that the paparazzi are always around, warning Sam that his campaign could be in jeopardy. Sam doesn't care. Zach gets bored with the table talking and asks Kendall if they can leave; Kendall won't hear of it because she is enjoying the sparring between Jack and Sam. Carmen calls Jack by his "Mont-Yummy" nickname, which brings up the nicknames of all the other people she knows. She tells a story about dreaming of a prince to take her away - and not waiting too long to do it! Jack still doesn't take her hints. Zach tells Kendall she owes him a big one if they stay longer. "Me in a trench coat," she says and he agrees to stay. Jack decides it is time for him to go but Carmen convinces him to stay. She realizes both Erica and Sam are missing from the table. Samuel sees Erica at the door and says they'll do dinner another time. He leaves.
Jake is at BJ's when Frankie walks in, late. Jake sees his hands and asks what happened. Frankie tells him about the run-in with Fletcher. Jake tells him about Emily Ann and warns Frankie to be wary of Randi! Just then, Randi walks in. As they watch, Randi asks the waitress if she can see the manager about a job. Frankie believes this is a good thing. The manager comes to Randi. She admits she doesn't have real waitress experience. Frankie tells Jake that the manager is way off base to question Randi this way! Randi swears she'll work hard but doesn't have references so the manager turns her down! Frankie is ready to rush to Randi's defense but Jake stops him. He says there are times when hanging back is the best move. Randi leaves but Jake still won't let Frankie go. He convinces Frankie to hang back and call Randi later on. Frankie likes the idea.
Ryan is at ConFusion, alone, when Greenlee surprises him. She tells him that the owner of the sailboat needs to talk to them both because he is afraid Greens will sue him because of the accident. Ryan says he'll help however he can. She says she isn't suing because the accident made things very clear to her. Ryan hides his disappointment when she says she is happy to be with Aidan now. As they talk, Greenlee brings up Jack and Erica and her new, Zen approach to her ex-stepmother. They talk about Kendall and Greens asks why he didn't tell her about his memory returning before telling Kendall; he doesn't answer. She asks about Annie and is thrown when Ryan admits he is excited about having another child but that he isn't sure about his future with Annie. Greens tells him that he belongs with Annie. Ryan brings up their child and apologizes for running out on her. He swears he will never be that man again - to anyone - no matter what. He tells her a few bad jokes, making her laugh. She takes his hand and wishes him the best with Annie. Just then, Annie walks in.
