Erica learns she'll be released today, Ryan jumps to conclusions about Greenlee, Annie fights Greenlee, Tad and Jesse brainstorm the Novak case and Adam threatens Pete.

Jack arrives at the prison to talk about Erica's early release. She sings Sam's praises but Jack isn't as excited about the other man. He says she is free to go - right now! She can't believe it. Jack asks if she would like to live with him! She thanks him but says she needs time on her own - and says she may want a house of her own! She decides to stay at the Yacht Club in the mean time. Erica talks about all the things she won't miss - including Sable, an inmate who has been harassing her. Jack is worried but Erica says it isn't a big deal. Several inmates arrive with a good luck sign. The ladies also have presents for Erica. The inmates leave and Jack says he'll check on the release papers. Erica stops him at the door and tells him that she needs time to adjust. He says he knows and walks out. Sable walks in and says she has a goodbye present for Erica! She tries to get by but Sable won't let her go.

At ConFusion, Ryan jumps to conclusions and believes Greenlee knows he is still in love with her. She says she loves him and he pulls her into a hug. He asks about Aidan and she says it doesn't matter yet. They sit and talk; Ryan still believes she is in love with him the way he is with her.

Zach arrives at the hospital with Annie, who is still unconscious. Jake is there to help him. Zach calls Ryan. Jake rouses Annie and asks if she could be pregnant. She says that isn't possible because of Ryan's vasectomy! Jake asks more questions but Annie says she felt fine before she passed out. She keeps replaying Zach's questions and Richie's death over in her mind. She tells Jake that Richie hit her and Jake says she needs an MRI, just in case the bump on her head is more than a bump. Ryan and Greenlee arrive; Zach sends Ryan in to Annie's room. Then he asks her about Annie - and her newfound positive outlook on the woman. She says she made up with Aidan and she's ready to move on with her life. Then she tells him about Ryan's memory returning, certain that he is still in love with his wife. Zach isn't so sure.

Ryan walks into Annie's room as Jake orders the MRI. She says it is no big deal. Jake leaves. Annie apologizes for worrying him and says again that this is no big deal. She says she would rather be celebrating his memories with him. He asks why she was with Zach. Annie says they were just talking but Ryan won't let the subject drop. He says she was supposed to be at work, not with Zach. She admits Zach called to check on her; before she can say much more, Jake returns to do her bloodwork. After taking her blood, Jake leaves and Annie gets up. She is still dizzy.

Ryan returns to Greenlee and Zach. He asks Greenlee if they can have some space and she leaves. Ryan asks Zach why he was with Annie. Zach says they were just talking about Richie; Ryan wonders why Annie kept it a secret but Zach tells Ryan that she pawned her wedding ring to pay off Richie. Ryan isn't surprised but wonders why she kept this secret. Zach says she was trying to protect him.

Greenlee walks in to Annie's room and Annie
immediately goes on the defensive. She tells Greenlee to stay away from her husband and won't listen when Greenlee says they are just friends. Annie grabs Greenlee's hair and yells, "If you don't stop chasing him, I will stop you!" She collapses again and Greenlee holds her up. She gets Annie back to her hospital bed, tells her that she is back with Aidan and doesn't want Ryan and Annie needs to chill out! "You've got some Richie in you," she says and walks out. Jake returns and Annie says she and Greens have issues. Jake says she is pregnant!

Greenlee returns to Ryan and says they need to talk. Just then Jake walks in and tells Ryan he can go see Annie. Greenlee says they'll talk later. Ryan crosses the hall to find Annie crying in her room. She tells him she is pregnant!

Tad is waiting in Jesse's office when he arrives at work. They joke about business and Tad brings out hot dogs and sodas, along with a basketball hoop over a trash can. He tells Jesse about his kid-focused days and says he loves every minute of being a dad. "You are so beyond bored," Jesse says. Tad actually agrees! Jesse says he should go back to work but Tad thinks he just needs a new hobby. He spies the Novak crime scene pictures. While Jesse shoots baskets, he and Tad brainstorm. Jesse says he believes Zach's story but he does have other ideas. He won't tell Tad, though. Jesse wonders if he is digging too deeply into the crime. Tad says he has to do it. Jesse says their best lead is the car that hit Richie because it had special tires - and a model with those tires was just purchased by Adam!

Petey and Palmer are having lunch at the Valley Inn. Pete tells a few jokes and says he wants to stay in town for a while - and not go to Harvard! He says he needs time to find himself. Adam arrives and sides with Pete on the time off plan, upsetting Palmer. Pete and Adam go to the bar while Palmer takes a call. Petey chats up Adam about Chandler Enterprises. Adam says they need to talk about the girl Petey raped at school! "I didn't rape anyone," Pete says. Adam says he did and he'll make sure Pete goes to jail for the imaginary crime - if he doesn't fall in line with his plans! He tells Pete to stay far, far away from Colby.

Jesse arrives at the Chandler mansion and asks how his new car got involved in a hit-and-run with Richie! Adam says the car was stolen and he reported it but no one at the PVPD seemed to care!
