Don't Forget Our Deal! Thursday, June 26 2008

Carman and Erica say goodbye, Richie demands to see Annie, Ryan and Zach work together, Richie escapes, Kathy disappears and Aidan learns Jake will be living with Greenlee.

In prison, Carmen finishes packing and hugs Erica. Jack arrives to say it is time to go. They tearily say their goodbyes. Erica does Carmen's makeup and they talk about Adam for a while. Carmen gets a little freaked out about leaving prison, the retrial and starting her life over. Erica encourages her, which makes Carmen cry. Dressed in the evening gown from the delivery truck, Carmen hugs Erica and leaves. Jack watches Erica for a few moments. She asks him to keep Adam in line for Carmen's sake. When she gets teary, Jack says she'll be fine without Carmen. Erica reaches for the metal bars and tries to touch his hand on the other side. She is led back to her cell, alone.

At the gym, Aidan is pumping iron when Jake walks in. He offers to spot or work out with Aidan but Aidan wants to be left alone. Aidan rambles on about Richie being free and Greenlee not talking to him. Jake says Richie will be behind bars soon and Greens will come around. Jake casually mentions he is moving in with her, angering Aidan. Jake tells him to take a shot and turns his cheek to Aidan! He doesn't hit Jake, instead he tells Jake about Greenlee's friends only ultimatum. Jake apologizes for agreeing to move in and offers not to go through with it. Aidan tells him to move in. They decide to go for a run together. They are both wiped out afterward. Jake promises to keep an eye on Greenlee.

At the penthouse, Ryan tries to soothe Annie's fears about Richie making bail. She can't stop thinking about their deal and her testimony earlier. She pretends he is Emma, he demands that she help him escape tonight! Ryan reaches for the phone as Richie hangs up. Annie says she has to get to work but Ryan tells her to stay home and then he goes out on an errand. As soon as she is sure he is gone, Annie grabs her purse and leaves.

Meanwhile, Richie answers his motel room door to find a flower delivery man there. They are from Zach and the message warns him that he isn't safe. Richie is watching a news report on his hearing when Annie arrives. Richie rambles about how great her testimony was while Annie wonders what he wants from her now. He scratches at the monitoring ankle bracelet and says she should come with him. She refuses and reminds him about Greenlee. Richie says he has to make this convincing and Annie begs him not to kill her. She turns away and he picks up an empty beer bottle. He knocks Annie out, cuts off the monitor, grabs the extra cash and walks out of the Pine Cone motel.

Tad and Krystal are having dinner at The Valley Inn. He keeps looking at pictures of Kathy on his phone. Krystal looks at the pictures as Tad talks about making Christmas cards with the kiddos. "Tad, it's June," she says but Tad says he has to keep trying for the perfect picture of the girls. He says he is happier now than he has ever been thanks to Jenny, Kathy and her! Krystal starts thinking about Babe and Richie; Tad reassures her that Babe will be fine. Colby calls, freaked out, because Kathy is missing!

Zach calls his pilot and tells him to ready the jet. Ryan stops by and asks what the plans are for Richie. Ryan says they need to work together to get rid of Richie - forever! Zach is shocked when Ryan says he'll do whatever is necessary - including killing Richie. Zach says Richie will probably make a run for it before his trial begins. "I think he'll just vanish," Zach says. Ryan wonders why Zach doesn't have a plan to ensure Richie is gone for good. Zach says he is certain Richie will be taking a flight - tonight! Ryan calls Annie and leaves a message that he will be late and she should get her work done. Zach tells Ryan they'll cut off Richie's ankle monitor and be in the air before the police figure anything out.

Tad and Krystal arrive home. Colby is very freaked because she can't find Kathy anywhere. Tad tells Colby to call the police and starts searching for the kid. Tad and Krystal search the neighborhood but don't have any luck. When they get back, Kathy is hiding behind the sofa! Krystal takes Colby so Tad can have some time with Kathy. Tad asks her to come out and then hugs her. "Don't you ever do that to me again," he says. Tad says he understands how much she misses Julia and Wildwind and hugs her again.

Zach and Ryan arrive at the Pine Cone and find Annie, knocked out, on the floor. Zach sees Richie's ankle monitor across the room.

Richie goes to Fusion, looks at a poster of the women and says, "I am coming for one of you."
