Josh tells Kendall the truth, Greenlee cries on Ryan's shoulder, Annie begins acting strangely, JR takes Richie to the hospital, Jesse and Angie play investigator, Frankie's mystery woman returns to the ER.
Greenlee and Ryan wind up at a bar. Ryan wonders why Annie didn't want him to go to the doctor and tells Greens about the treatment. Greenlee says Annie might just be worried about the risks. Greenlee tells Ryan about her personal injury lawsuit against Kendall, shocking Ryan. He tells Greenlee she is acting childish. She finally sees that she is acting now the way she acted when she returned to Pine Valley but she can't stop. Ryan talks about forgiveness but Greenlee says she'll never forgive Kendall! Greens calls Kendall toxic, runs down her list of crimes and says it is time she purged her life! Ryan sadly says he hopes they can work things out. Ryan drops her off at the penthouse. She wishes him good luck with Annie; he hopes she finds peace.
At the penthouse, Annie brings in flowers and begins picking at the petals. "Baby girl, baby boy," she says. She sets the table for a romantic evening and settles in to wait for Ryan. Annie waits and waits but Ryan doesn't show. Annie blames Greenlee for Ryan not showing up. "Conniving little witch," she says and destroys the dinner table.
At the Slater's, Kendall gets served with legal papers. Greenlee is suing her because of the tennis incident! Josh arrives and Kendall tells him about the suit. She goes on and on about Greenlee's giggly tricks and innuendos. Josh says he is Greenlee's one night stand! She can't believe it and is even more stunned when she realizes Zach isn't surprised at all. She asks why he didn't tell her; Josh butts into their argument, telling them both that it is his business not theirs. The guys say they'll talk Greenlee into dropping the suit but Kendall doesn't want them to. She finally realizes she is overreacting to the lawsuit and to Josh's one night stand. Josh goes to care for a crying Ian. Zach says he knows what she is thinking. Kendall says she is fine. Josh returns as Zach leaves to see Tad. He kisses Kendall. Josh brings up the tension and she insists nothing is wrong. Josh keeps pressing her so Kendall brings up his affair with Babe, annoying Josh. He says she may be at peace but Greenlee isn't! Josh tells Kendall about the one night stand and Kendall tells him to get Greenlee back in bed!
In the warehouse, Richie has some sort of attack and freaks JR out. With nowhere else to turn, JR calls Babe. He says he gave Richie a shot of saline, not poison like he said, but he's now having a seizure. Babe promises to meet him at the hospital.
Jesse takes Angie to the hospital for a graveyard shift; Angie is covering for a friend. They talk about work for a bit and Angie asks if he is really okay with not taking the job. He says he'll be fine and then mentions a dinner with an old friend, Detective Parks. He says Parks is going to talk to him about a professorship at Pine Valley University. Frankie walks by Jesse and Angie. A nurse catches him to tell him about the woman he treated several days ago; she is back.
JR arrives at the hospital with Richie; Angie takes his case. JR says he found Richie like this on the street. She has his old files pulled. Richie finally regains consciousness and says JR is poisoning him! Jesse walks in, followed by Babe and asks if JR really tried to poison Richie. JR says he was at a stoplight when he saw Richie and Richie started confessing about the kidnapping! JR says he must be the one who stole his bone marrow A police officer arrives. Jesse takes Babe to the hall and asks about Richie. Babe says JR is telling the truth and Richie must be just trying to cover his own crimes. Jesse asks if there are any witnesses to JR's story; Babe tells him about Treena. Angie walks in to tell them Richie is stable but weak because of the marrow transplant. Babe asks if Richie really could have stolen JR's bone marrow. Angie begins putting two and two together and says he could. Babe and JR talk about what really happened. JR swears he didn't do anything to Richie and was just trying to get information. Babe is still worried.
Jesse finds the cop and asks about JR and Richie. The cop believes JR but admits the story is very convenient. Another cop arrives and says Richie wasn't poisoned but there are marks on Richie that could be from JR tying him up. They talk about arresting JR but Jesse advises them to keep digging. As they talk Angie walks in and Jesse asks her to help the men investigate who gave Richie the bone marrow. He continues down the hall and looks in on Richie. When he is alone, Richie calls Annie! She won't talk to him. Angie returns and Richie turns on the charm, telling her how JR tried to poison him. He plays the victim card but Angie doesn't believe him.
Jesse runs into the cops, who have done a little more investigation again. He tells them about Treena's claims and says they should talk to her - and start getting an arrest warrant ready for Richie! Then he gives them the name of an old DA friend of his who is now a judge; he says the man might be able to help them. He is at the admit desk with the cops when Angie returns. The cops thank him and he says he was just helping. The cops go to JR and ask for Treena's contact information.
Zach arrives at the hospital and runs into Richie, who has a hoodie covering his face. "Woah, man," he says, jogging Zach's memory of the night he was hit! Zach turns, catches up with him and grab's Richie's arm!
Greenlee steps inside her penthouse and sees Annie on the sofa!
In the mystery woman's room, Frankie surprises the girl. After a bit of sparring - she wants a different doctor and he won't leave - she holds out her arm, which is giving her a lot of pain. Frankie leaves to get her old file. When he is gone she looks at her purse and says she is a liar. He returns and says she needs a soft cast for her wrist but she won't hear of it. She asks for painkillers but Frankie won't give her meds without a cast. She gives in. Frankie talks to her about being abused but she won't listen. After she is treated, the girl invites Frankie for coffee but on the way, gets a page and says she has to go.
