Rob knocks out Cassandra in search for information; Dixie visits Adam in Oak Haven; Ryan may remember making love, but he can't remember being in love.

Jesse is at the hospital, where he tells Angie that he's worried about Cassandra, who's been feeling like someone's going through her things. Angie suggests that Cassandra just isn't very organized, but when Jesse grows visibly more concerned, Angie gets the feeling something else is going on in his head. She can see that he's worried that there's something sinister going on. She reminds him that "the bad man's dead," and to let the feelings that someone's after him go. Jesse thinks that someone might be looking for the stuffed elephant. Angie says she sent the elephant off to charity, so there's nothing to worry about. Jesse lets it go.

At the same time, at the Hubbard house, Cassandra lets in Robert, who claims he's there because he wants to show her some of his drawings. She suggests a drink, and offers one that she brought back from France. She has to go to her bedroom to get it out of her suitcase. "You won't know what hit you," she jokes on her way out of the room. "That's funny, 'cause neither will you," he growls after she's gone. When she comes back into the room, Robert sticks a needle in her arm. She screams and falls onto the couch. She's groggy, and Robert questions her about the elephant. She tells him she doesn't know where it is. "That's the wrong answer, Cassandra. You better give me what I want," he threatens, holding a gun on her. He thinks better of it and puts the gun away, just in time for there to be a knock at the door.

At the Chandler mansion, Colby is unhappy with JR because he's sent Adam to Oak Haven. Stuart comes in and doesn't look surprised to hear that Adam is gone. He explains that Adam had told him that Dixie was haunting him. Stuart says that, at Adam's behest, he talked to Dixie and asked her to leave Adam alone. "But I don't think it worked," he says. Suddenly Stuart finds the stuffed giraffe that's been missing for all these years and has now reappeared, and suggests that Dixie might really be haunting the mansion. JR, a non-believer, leaves. Stuart comforts Colby, saying he knows that Adam is going to beat whatever it is that's going on with him. Colby has to leave, but on her way out asks Stuart to take the stuffed elephant back to the Hubbards' house.

Meanwhile in Oak Haven, Adam is ranting and raving at Dixie. A nurse comes in and tells him that's the behavior that landed him there. Adam goes ballistic when he learns that the doctor won't be in to evaluate him until the morning. After the nurse leaves, Adam hears Dixie's voice and she appears, taunting him about being locked up against his will, just as she was. She mocks him and they argue over things that happened years ago. Dixie gets mad and Adam, seeing that he's getting to her, goads her some more. "The man you loved so much is moving on with another woman. Now tell me, does Tad touch Krystal the way he touched you?" Adam sneers. Anger takes control of Dixie. She knocks Adam backward into a chair. "I believe I told you to be quiet!" she says, and a pillow flies across the room, landing pressed up against Adam's face. The nurse and two orderlies burst into the room, just in time to see Adam "trying to suffocate himself." After they leave, Dixie comes back and Adam claims that he'll tell Tad about Kate if she'll help him get out of Oak Haven. But he won't swear to it, so Dixie leaves him alone again.

Ryan is at Fusion, telling Kendall about his recent memory of making love to Annie. He tries to skirt the subject and his uneasy feelings, but she makes him talk. "Ryan, that's great! That's amazing!" Kendall exclaims when she hears what he's remembered, but Ryan's not sharing in the joy. He may remember Annie. He may remember making love to her. But he doesn't remember being in love with her. Meanwhile, Annie is over the moon, talking to Emma about how wonderful her life with Ryan will be, but she's interrupted when a man named Michael Harris shows up at the door. He has news that there's a class action lawsuit being filed against the clinic where Ryan's vasectomy was performed. He tells her that Ryan's surgery was never, in fact, actually performed. Annie's thrilled and rushes to Fusion to break the good news to Ryan, but when she gets off the elevator, she overhears Ryan and Kendall talking about his feelings for Annie and questioning whether or not they were ever real.
Jack is visiting Erica, confronting her about what she knows about Kendall and Aidan that she's keeping from Greenlee. Erica tries to be evasive and lies about what happened, saying it was all about a bridal shower surprise. Jack's not buying it. At first Erica won't come clean and asks Jack to just move on. But he won't and eventually he wears Erica down and she has to admit that there's more to the story. She tells Jack everything and he's ticked. "I don't know what to do with this information," he says. "You let her be happy," Erica warns.
Greenlee is at Confusion, grilling Aidan about family planning. "Am I enough?" she asks. "Kids. You want them," she says. "I want children," Aidan admits. But, he adds, he doesn't care how they get them - adoption, surrogacy, whatever. But, Greenlee says, she doesn't want to have children. Aidan suggests that she just wait for the biological clock to start ticking, but she doesn't think it ever will. He asks if she'll ever change her mind and she says no, but there's still time for him to change his before the wedding. Aidan gets his feelings hurt because she wanted a baby so badly with Ryan, but won't have one with him. She claims she never really wanted a family; she only wanted a baby to help heal Ryan. But Aidan's still bitter about it, the way she's shutting him down when she was on board the baby train so eagerly for Ryan. He walks out on her, leaving her alone at Confusion.

Tad visits Jake in the hospital and they talk. Jake apologizes for not being around when Tad lost Dixie. Tad says he can live with Dixie being gone, but not Kate. "She's living proof that Dixie and I ever were," he says. Everything's fine until Tad starts asking questions about Jake's life, about Carolyn. Jake turns over on his side, saying he's tired and Tad needs to leave. As Tad leaves, he runs into Colby, who tells him that Adam's been committed. Tad rushes off to pay Adam a visit in Oak Haven. Back in Jake's room, Dixie pays a visit to Jake. She leans over into Jake's ear and whispers, "Tad needs you..."
