Still Keeping Secrets! Monday, May 12 2008

Tad apologizes to Zach. Aidan and Greenlee reunite. Rob keeps a close eye on Cassandra. Jake has a secret. Dixie tries to get through to Adam.

At Fusion, Amanda is excited about the new business Fusion has been getting since the pole dancing snafu. Annie isn't. Amanda chalks up Annie's disinterest to Ryan's amnesia and tries to cheer her up. Annie finally says she is upset that today is their anniversary and Ryan doesn't remember it. Amanda tells her to stop missing Ryan and go after him! She hands Annie a sexy dress.

At the hospital, Jake insists to Angie that he has to get back to Africa. She threatens to put security at his door if he tries to leave. Jake settles down but tells her again not to call his family. Angie goes straight to the admit desk to call Tad; she leaves him a message.

Greenlee, Kendall, Zach and Ryan are stunned when Aidan walks through the door. He says Jake is okay and back in Pine Valley, too, but when he begins talking about what happened after, Greens cuts him off. She doesn't want the details. Zach thanks Aidan for bringing Jake home safely. Aidan grabs Greenlee, twirls her around and kisses her. He apologizes for losing the watch but she doesn't care. From outside the office, Kendall, Ryan and Zach peek in. She takes Zach aside, thanking him for working so hard to bring Aidan back. "I love you," she says, hugging him. Ryan returns to Aidan and Greenlee. Greens suggests a celebration at ConFusion and they all leave.

At The Comeback, Tad asks Joe to come outside with him. Jesse asks Krystal what is going on but she doesn't know. Meanwhile, Rob keeps questioning Cassandra about her poetry and artwork. She agrees to show him some of it later on and then joins Frankie at the juke box. Across the room, Little A is playing with the stuffed elephant. Outside, Tad tells Joe that Jake was taken hostage and Aidan was captured during the rescue mission. Joe thinks there is still a chance for Jake but Tad says there isn't any reason to hope. Jesse interrupts, saying Angie just called him and Jake is in Pine Valley! Krystal is checking on Little A when Jesse returns inside. As they talk about the kids, Jesse wonders when Cass will start treating him like part of the family. Krystal tells him to give it time. Frankie beats Cassandra at a game of darts. She notices Rob watching them and tells Frankie he is strange. Frankie says she should give him a chance. Jesse comes over, asking Frankie about Jake. Frankie sings Jake's praises. Jesse offers to take Cass home but she says she'll stay with Frankie. Jesse leaves. She notices Rob handling her bag and asks what he's doing. He says he spilled a little of his drink; she grabs the bag and says she'll take care of it. Krystal returns to Little A, who is nearly asleep at his table. Frankie and Cassandra leave, neither notice that her elephant is under little A's blanket! Rob watches as they walk away.

Angie returns just as Jake tries to get out of bed again. She tells him to settle down and take care of himself - so that he can return to his patients. She asks what is going on with him but Jake clams up. Just then Tad and Joe walk in! Angie leaves as Joe and Tad question Jake. He assures them that Jamie and Jeff are okay and then says he needs to get back there, too. "Just put me back on a plane to Africa," he begs. Tad calls Aidan, thanking him for bringing Jake home. He asks for Zach and apologizes for jumping to conclusions. Zach says it is in the past but then asks Tad to keep the Kendall/Aidan secret. He agrees. Tad returns to Jake as Joe asks about Caroline. Jake says Caroline has nothing to do with his need to return to Africa. Frustrated, Joe walks out. He asks Angie what he should do. Angie says Jake is in bad shape. "Whatever happened to him, happened long before he was kidnapped," she says. Back in Jake's room, Tad asks why he is being so difficult and won't consider staying home for a while. Jake refuses to talk to him.

On his plane, Adam orders Dixie to tell the pilot to land but she won't. He tries to get up but she locks his seatbelt in place! She offers him peanuts - and another copy of the adoption record. When Adam still won't agree to tell Tad the truth, Dixie shows Adam a video of him having her committed! Adam defends his actions and then asks how she could simply walk away from Kate! The more he talks, the more upset Dixie becomes. She can't take the pressure when Adam says she is trying to atone for her own sins. Emotionally, she tells Adam they have to make things right. "If we don't, might I see you roasting beside me in hell?" he asks. Dixie repeats that she is trying to make things right. Adam goads her, saying he'd rather burn than give Tad his daughter. Dixie motions with her hand and says that can be arranged as the plane plummets toward the ground! Adam calls her bluff, saying she can't crash the plane because then he can't tell Tad the truth. She rights the plane but Adam still won't agree to help. "Time is running out," she says and disappears. The plane hits some turbulence.

At ConFusion, Greenlee and Kendall make a toast to their men and then Greenlee goes back to Aidan. Kendall chats with Ryan for a while. He says he wants the kind of love that Greenlee and Aidan have; she says he already has it - with Annie! Amanda walks in with Annie and encourages her to go after Ryan. Seeing him alone at the bar, though, Annie hesitates. Zach and Kendall leave; Aidan is distracted with a phone call and Greens goes to Ryan. She finally begins to break down from the relief that Aidan is safe. He holds her. Annie sees them and turns away! Aidan returns and holds Greenlee.
