Kendall finally tells Zach the truth. Greenlee and Aidan disagree on wedding plans. Ryan visits his therapist. Annie and Greenlee argue.
At the PI office, Aidan and Greenlee make love on the pool table. She happily pronounces her new name - Mrs. Greenlee Devane - excited at the prospect of marrying him. Aidan kisses her and reaches for the engagement ring, still in his jacket pocket. After placing it on her finger, they both say, "I love you." Then Greenlee says she needs time to plan a huge wedding and suggests that Zach and Kendall be their attendants! He doesn't like the idea and tries to change the subject but Greenlee pushes him to allow Kendall to be his "best woman" and Zach to be her "man of honor". He says he had something more traditional in mind. Tad walks in and starts wise-cracking about how they spent the night. Greenlee hurries off to get dressed while Aidan tells him about the engagement. He asks Tad to give him away! Tad laughs and then asks about the wedding plans. Aidan asks Tad to help him plan an elopement. Tad asks what is really going on.
Kendall walks in the door, wondering how to tell him that she slept with Aidan. She quietly walks to him and hugs him. Zach recalls her pregnancy scare and how she kept that from him. Zach still has the portrait in his hands. She takes the photo from him and he says, "Just tell me." Kendall chickens out and asks about Jenny's party instead. Zach asks about Erica and Kendall fills him in. He pours them both drinks, and she says she loves him. Zach says he has never doubted that. She asks about Jenny's party again and he brings up Annie, telling Kendall about the divorce papers. He says Annie told him about that night at her penthouse. When Kendall starts fast-talking about what happened that night Zach stops her with a kiss. Kendall realizes she can't keep the secret and starts by telling him how things were while he was gone: that she would dream about him and hope to hear his voice. She explains how she felt when the search turned up nothing but his blood on the road and how she slept with his coat as a blanket so she could smell his smell. Zach says he fought as hard as he could to come home. He says he thought it was over several times but that thoughts of her kept him going. She says after the first month she had to give up hope because everyone was telling her that she had to face the fact that he might not come home. "There was nothing to hold on to," she says, crying. Kendall can't say more for a while; Zach asks what she did when all hope was lost but she still can't tell him. He holds her and she finally tells him that she slept with Aidan. "I know," Zach says. Kendall is stunned and tries to explain that it didn't mean anything. Zach doesn't want to listen but she steams on anyhow, forcing him to hear everything. She swears she regretted it as soon as it was over. Zach says he understands what happened. He doesn't understand why Kendall kept it secret for so long! He asks when she stopped trusting him! Kendall says she never stopped trusting him but he can't believe her. Sadly, Zach says she doesn't understand what he is saying. He doesn't care what happened that night - he cares about how she has lied to him since he returned home.
Ryan is visiting his therapist, Dr. Gail Saltz. He tells her about his recovered memories of Greenlee. She questions his feelings and asks how he felt about Greenlee then and now. "Next question," he says! Dr. Saltz waits and finally Ryan asks how he is supposed to feel when everyone he sees remembers him but he can't remember anyone - not even his children. She asks about Annie and the kids. Ryan says things are okay now that Annie isn't going to divorce him. She asks what happens if he never remembers Annie, suggesting that he may never recover those memories. She says there is a pattern to how his memories have returned - most, it seems, have returned because someone else has told him about an event. Ryan tries to separate how the memories were recovered and says it happened when he didn't feel pressured. She points out that he has remembered only positive memories and none of the bad aspects of his life. Upset because he believes she thinks he never loved Annie, he says she isn't helping. Dr. Saltz says he may have had some subliminal doubts and Ryan storms out.
Livia stops by Fusion to check on Annie. She happily says the divorce is off - at least for now! Livia leaves. Annie is studying a picture of her and Ryan when Greenlee happily marches in. Annie more or less ignores her, only giving her the barest of details about the other women. Seeing that she only has Annie to celebrate with, Greenlee pulls out a bottle of champagne and tells her about Aidan. As she twitters on about her wedding plans, Annie warns her to watch out because someone might crash it. Still upset over Ryan, Annie asks what happens when she becomes bored with Aidan - will she decide to mess with Ryan again? Greenlee fires back that she has no doubts about Aidan. Annie tells her about Aidan's drunken visit and asks what is really going on. She wonders if Greenlee accepted Aidan's proposal because Ryan sent her away - again! Just then Ryan arrives.
