Erica faces the judge; Kendall faces the pregnancy test. Zach asks Aidan for a huge favor. JR and Babe play strip poker. Richie learns about the bone marrow match.
Alone in her jail cell, Erica calls out to an officer to let her go. One of the female officers actually comes down and opens the cell - only to let a hooker in! "I want a phone call! This is America," she hollers when the officer leaves. Erica turns to the hooker and says she is innocent, then asks about her shoes!
Meanwhile in the main squad room Jack angrily suggests that Sam is just trying to win more votes for the upcoming election. Sam walks off. Jack goes into the holding area and tells Erica he is going to get her out of jail. They report to the court room where Samuel is waiting. Sam and Jack present their cases as the judge listens. The judge is about to set bail when Erica stands and swears she hasn't done anything wrong and then says Samuel is using her to further his political ambitions. Jack tries to get her to be quiet but she just keeps talking. The judge tells Erica to settle down or she'll be charged with contempt of court. Samuel asks for a high bail; Erica makes a smart remark and Jack has to quiet her down again. The judge sets bail at $1 million! Erica and Samuel exchange a few insults and then Erica says he'll regret crossing her! Sam calmly walks out of the court room. Jack turns to Erica, who has finally realized that Sam is serious, and tells her to come home with him for the night! They arrive home and Jack shows her to the master suite. Both are uncomfortable in the room so Jack quickly leaves, saying he'll sleep in the guest room. He grabs a few things and tells Erica things will work out. Erica falls asleep and dreams that Jack is her judge and has sentenced her to jail. Sam comes to her rescue, swearing that he framed her to get her attention because he loves her! Jack tries to call order back to the court room but Sam kisses Erica! Jack wakes Erica the next morning with a handful of morning papers.
JR and Babe, at the condo, are getting ready for their game of poker. Babe pours a couple of beers and goes over the rules once more: if Babe wins JR becomes the marrow donor; if JR wins he gets whatever he wants from Babe! He agrees to the terms. Babe deals the cards and goes all in on the bet. Worried, JR drops out. He decides to change the rules and not bet with little A's blocks. He wants to play for clothes! Babe agrees to the change and wins the next hand! JR loses his shirt. Over the next few hands Babe loses, too, and is soon playing against JR in her undies! Soon Babe is down to just her panties and JR is down to his boxer-briefs! Babe holds two aces, but loses because he has four of a kind! "Are you gonna need some help with those panties?" he asks. A while later, dressed in a robe, Babe asks JR what he wants as his prize. He admits that he had decided to be the donor before the poker game. JR steps closer to her and she puts her arms around him. JR disrobes Babe and they make love. The next morning Babe is about to call Richie when JR surprises her in the kitchen. He says they can wait a little while to tell Richie; he pulls Babe to him and kisses her passionately! They make love again.
Aidan walks in to the bathroom and finds Kendall crying. He asks what is going on and she emotionally says the test is negative. She thrusts it into his face and he apologizes. Kendall is still upset, though. Aidan reaches out to her, trying to make her feel better. Greens walks in and sees them together! "Am I interrupting something?" she asks. Aidan walks out and Kendall apologizes to Greenlee for being a basket case throughout the fashion show. Greens tells Kendall things will be fine.
Meanwhile at the bar, Zach proposes a toast to "man trust" and asks Aidan about Kendall! Zach thanks him for helping with Kendall and Hannah over the last weeks. Aidan offers an even-the-score toast to both of their girls. They drink and then Zach asks if Aidan will go along on Kendall's book tour on the few dates that he can't attend. He brings up Ryan, saying he needs someone to go along who can protect Kendall! Aidan doesn't want to do it but agrees to think about the job offer. Zach walks away. At the bathroom door he overhears Kendall talking about the pregnancy! When Zach comes in asking questions Greenlee leaves. Kendall tells Zach about the test but says it was negative. He wonders why she kept things quiet and she says she just wanted to be sure. She asks if they can talk more at home; he agrees but hangs back when Kendall leaves the restroom.
Aidan takes Greenlee home and tosses her on the bed. He asks about her James Bond fantasy and imitates the super-spy. They make love.
At the Slater home, Zach is staring at a bottle of wine, trying to figure out why Kendall kept the pregnancy possibility a secret. He asks why she was keeping secrets this time. She says she didn't tell him because she wasn't sure how she felt about having another baby when she has barely had time to spend with Ian. Zach agrees that it is a little soon but says she should have trusted him with the possibility. She says she was wrong and Zach says it is time for make up sex! The next morning, Zach and Kendall are sharing breakfast and talking about their day - today Spike will get his cochlear implant! Greenlee calls to wish them all luck and then tells Kendall about her night of super-spy-sex with Aidan. Kendall doesn't want to hear that. They hang up as Zach returns. He tells Kendall about his deal with Aidan for the book tour. Kendall strongly objects but Zach pushes her to let Aidan tag along for a while. Kendall gives in.
At the hospital, Richie is finishing a treatment and flirting with the ward nurse. He asks her to check on a few things for him and she leaves the room. Once she is gone, Richie goes to the computer and begins to search to find out who his donor match is! Finally he gets through to the marrow donor list and finds that JR is the donor match. He can't believe it! Richie quickly sits down and the nurse returns, telling him she couldn't find his things. He flirts with her a little more and then leaves, telling the nurse he'll call her. Richie returns to the Pine Cone where a couple of friends are waiting for him. He shows the goons a picture of JR and tells them to find him. "JR and I are going to go on a little trip," Richie says!
