Angie sees Jesse. Kendall buys a pregnancy test. Tad begs Jesse to come forward. Ryan promises to try harder to remember his past. Greenlee wants to leave the hospital.
Angie is paged back to the hospital. She is very nervous until Joe assures her that he only needs some paperwork. She says she is going to Jesse's grave so she can move on. Joe follows her to a private room, hoping she'll stay on at PVH. She won't agree to it; Joe suggests she discuss things with Jesse at the cemetery before deciding.
At the cemetery, Tad asks Jesse to be honest about what he is running from. Jesse says honesty would put Angie and Frankie in danger. Tad says he is still going to look into things. He leaves. Jesse has another flashback, this time of being tied to a gurney with only a single light above his head. Jesse comes back to the present and kneels by the tombstone. Angie arrives and sees him there! "Jesse?" she says. She faints but Jesse catches her before she can fall. He holds her in his arms, promising that she will be okay and kisses her. He calls for an ambulance and stays until the medics arrive. Jesse hides. Angie wakes and mumbles that Jesse is alive.
Tad arrives at the hospital and asks Joe if he can see Frankie. Joe says Frankie is resting and that Angie has left the hospital for a bit. He says Angie is considering the hospital's offer but he doesn't know if she'll accept. Joe is called away to take care of Angie. He says she is hypoglycemic and needs to take better care of herself. Angie, still shell-shocked, tells Joe that she saw Jesse at the cemetery. Joe doesn't believe her.
Tad is in the hospital parking garage when Jesse jumps out of a corner. He asks Tad how Angie is and tells him about the cemetery. Tad asks for details, wondering how he can explain things to Angie. He wants Jesse to stay in town but he refuses.
Ryan arrives at the Slater home, hoping to see Kendall. Zach says Kendall is gone - so he may as well speak to his wife! Ryan points out that he doesn't know his wife, which is another heartbreaking blow to Annie. She leaves. Zach tells Ryan that he is hurting his wife by not even making an effort to talk to her. Ryan isn't interested in the present, though, and wonders if Zach is trying to help him or keep him away from Kendall! Zach says he is trying to help. He tells Ryan about Annie being separated from her family, about her marriage to Terry and then meeting him. Ryan says being told about his life isn't the same as having lived it. Rachael walks in with Spike! Zach has to remind Ryan that Spike can't hear him. Ryan starts talking to him anyway; he promises the kid that he will remember someday. Ryan leaves.
Annie's in the park, thinking about Ryan. She worries that he'll never remember her. She returns home; so does Ryan. Emma has made him a paper butterfly which he hangs in the window. He says he wants to try to remember and apologizes for how he has been the past few days.
Greenlee chats with Kendall until Aidan returns and Kendall hands the phone over to him. Greens asks why Kendall is acting weird; Aidan blames the book signing. He offers to get off the flight but Greenlee tells him to stay. They hang up. Kendall becomes even more paranoid about that night. She becomes nauseated again and runs for the bathroom. When she returns she says it is a bug she caught from Spike's playgroup and returns to obsessing about the night they spent together. Aidan tells her to cut it out. She apologizes for freaking out. They vow to never tell a soul. The flight attendant asks everyone to de-board the plane because of mechanical issues. Aidan leaves. Kendall grabs her tummy and wonders if it is really just a bug. She is in the waiting area when a woman offers her mints and says they saved her during her first trimester! The woman leaves and Kendall opens her calendar. She is late! Kendall boards the next plane. Zach calls and tells her about Ryan's visit. She says she can't imagine ever losing Zach the way Ryan has lost his memory; he says she has nothing to worry about. She hangs up and draws a pregnancy test from her bag.
At PVH, Greenlee grabs Alfonso and says being stuck in a hospital is horrible. Jack arrives. Greenlee tells him Kendall and Aidan are on the same plane to Chicago. Jack asks if Greens is really worried; she says she is just jealous that she is stuck in the hospital while everyone else is out having fun. Jack tells her to be patient. He leaves. Greenlee calls a nurse and asks for a manicurist and a hairstylist. Aidan walks in, with flowers, telling her how beautiful she already is. Greenlee hugs him, excited that he came back. She says she wanted to be beautiful for him and he says she already is. Greenlee pulls him to her and kisses him passionately. Aidan goes to work on Greenlee's toes but swears her to secrecy about his hidden toe-painting talents. He kisses her.
