Krystal doesn't take Adam's bribe and remarries Tad. Zach and Adam get into a fight. Aidan takes Quentin to the hospital where Opal and then Joe recognize him. Angie returns to Pine Valley! Annie surprises Ryan on his birthday.
At the penthouse Ryan tries everything he can think of to get Annie to talk about the surprise but all she will do is smile. Annie takes him to the plane and they begin to fly around Pine Valley. After a while she blindfolds him and the plane lands. Annie takes Ryan to the stables, which she decorated with twinkle lights and flowers. He is completely surprised when he takes off the blindfold. She wishes him a happy birthday and they kiss. "This is the best day of my life, Kendall," he says!
At the hospital Quentin asks why Aidan didn't respect his wishes to stay away from the hospital. Aidan says only that he needed help. Julia walks in and Aidan tells Quentin to play nice. Julia tries to get some answers but he isn't interested in telling her anything about his pain or his illness. Opal walks in. "Oh! It's you," she says, surprised. She thinks Quentin is a celebrity but he insists he is nobody. Opal is certain she knows him from somewhere, though. She leaves and Quentin has a severe stomach pain. He begins self-diagnosing himself and Julia wonders who he is. She pressures him to tell the truth but Quentin will only say that he picked up some medical lingo while he was in Iraq. Julia still doesn't believe him, especially because Opal was so certain she knew him.
In the hospital hall Aidan calls Greenlee. She asks about Tad and Krystal's party but Aidan says he won't go! Greenlee explains how important this is to her and to her friendship with Kendall. He reluctantly agrees to one drink and they hang up the phone.
Joe arrives at the hospital, waiting for a "special colleague" to arrive. He chats with Opal for a second. His doctor friend calls and Joe sets up a meeting at the Valley Inn. He decides to see Quentin before meeting the new doctor at the Inn. Julia brings Joe a chart and he heads inside to see the patient. When Joe steps into the room he says, "I never expected to see you here!"
At the Valley Inn, Colby admits to Tad that Adam suggested the reception and she went along with it. Tad isn't angry with her and JR stands by her, saying they have all been manipulated by Adam before. Still, Colby is upset that she went along with her father's plans. Across the room Kendall asks Zach how he can eat and not worry about Adam; Zach says he is too hungry to worry about Chandler. Kendall goes over to Babe and says Adam won't hurt Krystal. This makes Babe feel a bit stronger. She begins talking about Greenlee and the future at Fusion. Both are excited for the company. Babe asks Kendall how Zach is dealing with Hannah's death but Kendall deflects the question with questions about JR. Babe tells her about the condo lease. Across the room, JR and Zach are both wondering what Adam is up to. JR asks what Kendall is up to with Babe but Zach doesn't know. This begins a small argument until Zach brings up the hit-and-run. JR suggests they track down the driver together and Zach offers him a job. Tad is still trying to calm Colby down and tells her that Krystal can handle Adam.
In the atrium Krystal demands to know what Adam is trying to pull. He says he'll let her go as soon as she has a real marriage ceremony in front of all their family and friends, with him! Adam tells Krystal he will give Tad back his daughter - if Krystal agrees to renew her relationship with him! She can't believe what he is suggesting. Adam pulls her into his arms and tells her that Tad can't make her happy the way he can! Krystal turns away from him and barges back into the main room. She grabs Tad, tells him it's time to put on a real show and pulls him into a passionate kiss while Adam watches! Tad chooses JR to be his best man and Krystal chooses Babe. Adam's minister arrives and the ceremony begins. Tad tells Krystal that he is a very lucky man; she says he is the best thing that has happened to her. "I know for sure that you are a treasure," she says. Colby is torn between being happy for Krystal and Tad and being sad for her father. Tad and Krystal both say, "I love you," and the minister asks for objections. Adam says no and the minister pronounces them married. They kiss again and the crowd applauds. Zach offers a toast to the happy couple, then turns and offers a toast to Adam, calling him the new CEO of Chandler Enterprises! Seeing the tension beginning to brew between Zach and Adam, Kendall tries to diffuse the situation and get Zach to leave but he won't budge. Babe and JR move across the room, wondering what is going on. Tad and Krystal are sharing a piece of wedding cake. He asks if she is really okay with their wedding and she says she is just tired and wants to go home. They leave the dining area. JR steps up to Zach and Adam and asks if he really does have Chandler back. Zach brings up Hannah, telling JR that Adam bought and paid for Chandler with Hannah's pain. Babe and JR leave the reception. She tells him not to worry about Adam's business. JR promises not to take Adam's job offer even though he needs some work. He asks if she'll come with him to a coffee shop so they can talk some more.
Dre arrives at the Valley Inn and Colby, upset at Adam, cries on his shoulder. She is mad that he manipulated her but she is also upset because she saw how upset he was at the wedding. Dre hugs Colby and tells her that they can't worry about the stupid things their parents do. Dre and Colby join the reception and over cake talk about Dre's dad. Dre tells her about an election event that Dre refused to attend; his father emotionally blackmailed him into attending anyway. Colby can't believe his father. Colby and Dre make a pact to be honest with each other no matter what. They kiss to seal the deal.
Kendall returns to the reception as Greenlee and Aidan arrive. At the bar Zach and Adam are talking about Hannah. Adam brings up Ethan, angering Zach. Adam doesn't take the hint and just keeps talking about Hannah's troubles with Alexander and then about Ethan. He talks about how Zach ignored both Hannah and Ethan. Zach reaches out, grabs Adam around the neck and begins to squeeze.
Krystal and Tad are standing at the door, ready to leave, when Angie walks in the door! "What does an old friend have to do to get a hug around here?" she asks as Tad turns around.
