Greenlee's Still Under Arrest! Thursday, December 27 2007

Greenlee is under guard at the hospital. Kendall asks Zach how they can make things right. JR cuts ties with Adam. Erica tells Bianca about the breakup with Jack.

Bianca and Kendall are enjoying a quiet morning at the Slater home, talking about the ordeal and just enjoying each other's company. Rachael comes in with the kids and Bianca gives her instructions to get the kids dressed. When they are alone, Kendall tells Bianca that she doubted Zach would come back to her. Binx tries to make Kendall understand that anyone would have doubts but Kendall won't listen because of what she and Aidan did. She tries to change the subject but Binx won't let it go. She asks Kendall what happened with Aidan. Kendall tells Bianca about being so afraid, about having such huge doubts and feeling like she had to say goodbye to Zach. She doesn't tell her that she slept with Aidan. Bianca tells Kendall to stop beating herself up. Kendall asks Bianca if she'll stay in Pine Valley for a while.

At the Chandler manse, JR confronts Adam with his information about the DVD. Adam tries to blow him off but JR won't back down. He places the DVD on Adam's breakfast plate. "Why don't you eat that for breakfast?" JR asks! Adam tries to blame Amanda but JR won't let him place any blame on Amanda. Next Adam blames JR because of the kidnapping escapade and insinuates this was all just a big payback. JR packs his bag to leave. Adam reminds him of the house arrest but JR won't listen. Adam begs him to reconsider but JR continues out the door. "Good luck with your other kids," JR says. When he is alone, Adam tells himself that JR will come back.

At the hospital Derek visits Zach, who is talking with Erica, and tells them both that JR is innocent of the charges. Zach doesn't believe him at first but when Derek brings up the DVD evidence Zach caves in. Derek asks what Zach remembers from the bomb shelter and Zach tells him about the man who found them and closed the opening. Derek leaves the hospital room and runs into Jack, who asks why guards are still posted at Greenlee's door! Derek walks away but Jack follows. Derek admits that he doesn't like having a guard on her any more than Jack does but that until the judge lifts the order that places Greens on the fugitive list he has no choice. Derek walks away. Erica tries to comfort Jack but he turns away from her.

Meanwhile in Greenlee's room, she asks Aidan if her Christmas memories are right or if she dreamed that everyone forgave her. He hands her Alfonso and tells her it was all real. Joe is just finishing a check of Greenlee's vital signs when Jack walks in. Aidan leaves so father and daughter can have some time alone. So does Joe. Jack sits with Greens. Greenlee takes Jack's hand and thanks him for standing by her when no one else would. Jack asks her to call him 'Dad'. She agrees.

In the hall Aidan asks Joe to kick the guards out of the hospital. Joe can't. Derek walks up and tells Aidan that they have no choice. Before Aidan can go off on Derek Joe takes him aside and tells him that Greenlee isn't out of the woods medically, either. Derek leaves for a second and Zach comes out of his room to check in with Aidan. He thanks Aidan for not giving up on the search. Jack exits Greenlee's room and Zach asks to go inside. Kendall walks up and Aidan walks away. Jack sticks close to Derek, demanding that he take the guards off of Greenlee's door. Derek refuses, saying it isn't his call.

Back in Greens' room, Zach sits with her and tells her a few of the bad jokes they told in the bomb shelter. She asks how he is; Zach thanks her for not leaving him in the gully. "Because of you, I'll be around and I'm grateful," he says. Kendall listens at the door as Zach apologizes for his part in trying to run Greenlee out of town. She walks away from the door. Greenlee accepts Zach's apology. She asks Zach if he is still scared. He says no.

Aidan finds Kendall in Zach's room and the two of them talk stiltedly for a bit. Kendall picks up a few toys and a picture and places them on the bedside table. She brings up Greenlee; finally both of them broach the subject of their night together. Kendall tells him they don't need to talk about it ever again because that night didn't matter. She brings up Greenlee, telling Aidan how great it is that they are together now. Aidan leaves the room. A while later Aidan walks in to sit with Greens. She is blown away that Zach offered an apology and tells Aidan so; then she wonders if she'll wake up from the dream soon.

Zach returns to his room and is happy to find Kendall there. They talk a little bit, both ready to go home. Kendall tells Zach that they have to make things right for Greenlee but she insists that she can't tell the truth because she might wind up in jail. Zach tells her to calm down. She leaves to see Greenlee. Once there, Kendall asks Aidan for time alone with her old friend. He leaves. As he leaves Greenlee see the officer outside her door and asks what is going on. Kendall tries to distract Greenlee but she is focused on the guards. "They're trying to send me back to prison, aren't they?" she asks.

In the hall Aidan runs into Jack and asks if he has had any luck getting the charges against Greenlee dropped. Jack reports that no one wants to listen to him. Aidan goes straight to Zach and asks what they are going to do about Greenlee.

Bianca arrives at the New Beginnings offices to talk to Erica. She tries to talk to Erica about life but Erica just goes on and on about the show, family things and plans for New Years. Binx butts in and asks Erica how things are in her personal life - with Jack! Erica tries to put on a brave face but Bianca won't accept that. Finally Erica tells Bianca that things may be over between her and Jack, for good this time. Binx is stunned and doesn't want to believe it. "It's as if I don't exist anymore," Erica says. Erica tells Binx that she doesn't know how to fight for Jack any longer and she isn't sure he is interested even if she could figure it out. Bianca implores Erica not to give up hope.
