Not So Happy Holidays Wednesday, December 19 2007

Stuart plays Santa but the adults have worries on their minds. Aidan and Kendall give up hope - and turn to one another for comfort. Greenlee asks Zach to help her die.

Kendall refuses to listen to Aidan when he tells her they have to accept that Zach and Greenlee are dead! She runs outside, once more forgetting her coat, and Aidan hauls her back inside. Aidan tells her that she and Zach deserve nothing less than his death but says Greenlee doesn't deserve any of it. Kendall begins to search the house believing for a second that Aidan is hiding Greenlee and allowing Zach to die because of what the Slater's did to Greenlee. She strikes out at him saying, "Give me my husband!" Aidan tells Kendall to get a grip on reality because with Greens and Zach missing for more than a month there is no chance that they are alive. Kendall slaps him! Aidan grabs her and forces her to listen to him. Kendall breaks down but finally stops trying to attack Aidan. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry," he says over and over. Kendall, still crying but calmer, reaches out to him - and they make love! Afterward Kendall can't believe what they did and immediately feels guilty. So does Aidan. They turn away from one another. Kendall asks Aidan what kind of monsters they are. She turns over, sees the cylinder with the bomb insignia and asks Aidan what it is.

In the bomb shelter Greenlee talks about watching people she loves die and brings up Zach's faked death. "What did that feel like?" she asks. Zach tells her that "killing" Alexander, JR. was the first time he ever felt free and alive. Crying, Greenlee tries to be tough and brave but realizes she can't do it. She turns to Zach and asks him to help her die! Zach holds Greenlee until she falls asleep. A while later the flashlights go out. "I'm sorry, Kendall," he says.

Ryan, Annie and Emma arrive at the Miranda Center for a children's Christmas party. Tad is there and so is Babe. JR calls Babe and asks her to come to the mansion immediately. She agrees. Krystal arrive and immediately goes over to Tad who angrily asks why she brought Adam into the picture. Krystal has no idea what he is talking about so Tad tells her that Adam offered him a trade; he tells her to ask Adam if she wants more information. Babe tells Krystal she has to leave and Colby says she is going to the mansion, too. Colby, calling Tad "Dad" tells him she is going with Babe to see JR. As they are leaving Julia and Kathy arrive with Jack in tow. Tad and Jack chat about the search for Greenlee. Jack turns to help a couple of kids and Julia asks Tad about Krystal. Tad tells her about the custody fight, worried that he is overreacting to the Krystal/Adam situation. Julia listens while Tad talks about life on the run with Krystal. Tad is taken aback when Julia mentions that taking Krystal to court is exactly like something Adam would do.

Annie and Ryan leave the party for a few minutes. She tells him about visiting Richie; Ryan wonders why she bothered. Jack comes out; he and Ryan talk about the Greenlee situation. Both are beginning to believe that they aren't looking for Greens any longer - they are only looking for her body! They return inside as Stuart, dressed in a Santa costume, comes in with toys for the kids. Standing with Tad, Opal watches the festivities. She sits down with Stuart to read "The Night Before Christmas" to the kids. The party wraps up and Jack offers to take Julia and Kathy home. Tad packs up Kathy. Emma is busy asking Santa for one last gift - a unicorn! Ryan gets a call letting him know that Richie has escaped from the psych ward!

At the Chandler manse Adam asks JR what he has remembered but JR won't say anything. Krystal angrily walks in and asks Adam what he is trying to pull with Tad. Adam tries to skirt the issue but Krystal won't let it drop. Finally Adam tells Krystal that he was bluffing with Tad and was only trying to help her beat the other man! Krystal can't believe what Adam did. He tells her that he had the best intentions so that she wouldn't lose Jenny. "You want to win, you get ugly," Adam tells her and says he can show her how to do it!

JR, Babe and Colby talk for a few moments in the front hall and then JR asks Colby to take little A upstairs. Babe turns to JR and asks what he remembers. JR changes the subject and they talk about little A for a few minutes. Babe sits down and asks JR what he really remembers and tells him that she is certain he didn't run over Zach. Telling him that he isn't the kind of man, even when he is drunk, who would leave someone to die, Babe reaches out to him. JR tells her that he loves her and she says she loves him, too. Little A returns downstairs and asks if he can stay for a while. JR says they have to go but Babe says little A can stay for a while and she leaves alone. JR takes little A upstairs to play with his new train.

Babe arrives at her condo. Richie is waiting and asks her to help him hide!

Meanwhile on the yacht, Amanda is toasting her recent windfall and thanking the Chandler men for being stupid lushes! She watches the DVD of JR one more time, certain that she finally has everything she has ever wanted. Amanda opens a box of holiday finery and pulls out an expensive Christmas stocking. She curls up on the bed, alone, with her new expensive toys.
