Tad and Krystal argue. Adam makes a startling discovery. JR receives more jailhouse visitors. Amanda has the proof that JR is innocent.
At the Chandler manse, Adam angrily hangs up on his lawyer after telling him to get JR out of jail - now! Krystal walks in and tells him he has to let JR handle things himself. Adam doesn't agree with her. He brings up Tad and then Jenny. Krystal tells Adam that they have to take Tad's feelings regarding Jenny and their relationship into account. She leaves. Adam replays her words over and over in his head. Upset, he slams down his phone and part of it falls. Adam kneels down to pick it up and sees a crumpled paper under his sofe - it's an adoption record! Reporters begin calling the mansion asking for a comment about JR's incarceration. Adam hangs up on them. He leaves the mansion.
Tad wakes up to find Colby feeding Jenny. She asks about his day and he asks if she is trying to distract him from the fact that Krystal spent the night with Adam. Colby talks about going to visit JR and Tad encourages her to go, even though she is worried about how JR will be. Colby agrees to go. A while later Krystal arrives. She tries to make nice because she spent the night with Adam but Tad isn't having it. He tells her that Adam is a horrible father and insinuates that she is making a huge mistake and might hurt Jenny. Krystal smacks him! She tells him he isn't really angry with her or with Adam; she believes he is still angry with Dixie for taking Kate away from him! Angry, Tad shakes her and says he isn't mad about Kate. Then he walks out. Krystal begins cleaning up and in the process cuts her hand on one of Tad's tools. Adam arrives to see Tad, ignores Krystal's "go away" and walks in to the house. Krystal keeps trying to get him to leave but Adam won't. He notices her hand and tells her she needs stitches. He picks up Jenny and tells her they need to get to a hospital - now!
Tad arrives at the hospital, upset. He runs in to Julia who asks what is wrong. He tells her about Krystal.
Ryan surprises Kendall at her home and takes Spike off her hands for a few minutes. Seconds later Erica arrives and asks if there is any news. There isn't. Ryan leaves. Kendall fills Erica in on her argument with Aidan, angry that she told him everything and he still won't help her. When Kendall says she understands where Aidan is coming from, even though she doesn't agree with him, Erica tells her to forget about Aidan altogether so she can focus on Zach. They talk about JR, wondering when or if he'll remember anything. Erica receives a call and Kendall gathers her things. "I'm going to reclaim my life," she says and leaves the house. When she is alone, Erica stares at her phone.
Ryan takes Spike home and talks to him about the upcoming surgery. He promises the little boy that everything is going to turn out fine. Later on Ryan returns to Kendall's to relieve Erica from babysitting duty. Jonathan calls and Ryan makes plans to meet him very soon.
At the jail Ava, dressed up like Colby because the guards remember she snuck in alcohol last time, comes to visit JR. She tells him she has another plan - that he allow himself to be hypnotized in order to remember. Livia walks in with one of the detectives and they toss Ava out. Livia stays behind, tells JR that Tad hired her and she is here to help. JR tells her to leave because he doesn't remember anything. She pulls a picture of little A from her bag and asks him to try. She tells him to just relax and tell her what he does remember. He doesn't know anything. Colby - the real Colby - arrives and Livia leaves them alone to talk. Colby asks JR why he started drinking again but JR doesn't answer. Instead he promises to never take another drink. JR reaches out to her and tells her he loves her.
In the woods Aidan returns to the area where he dug up the drum of drug paraphernalia. On his way there he comes up on a campsite, with military issued equipment! Aidan holds up a badge of some sort and realizes someone is watching him. When the figure takes off Aidan follows. He doesn't catch up and returns to Sylvester's house. Kendall arrives and breaks down the door with a tire iron. She tells him she won't go away until they find Zach!
Babe and Amanda are working at Fusion - and arguing about JR a little bit. Amanda asks Babe what is happening with her and JR and doesn't believe her when Babe says nothing is going on. Amanda tries to change the subject but Babe won't let it drop. She can see how hurt Amanda has been by JR. All of this makes Amanda feel guilty because she knows he was with her part of the night and she could clear him - but hasn't yet. Ava walks in in her Colby getup and tells them both that she is done trying to save JR! Amanda makes fun of Ava's outfit but Ava ignores her. Amanda keeps going, though, and tells Babe about Ava's stunt at the jail. Ava defends what she did, telling them why she did what she did and informing both women that he refused to take a drink. Amanda makes another smark remark and Ava grabs her, in the process she knocks over Amanda's bag and a DVD case falls out! Amanda tells Babe and Ava it's nothing. They leave. Amanda puts the DVD in and begins to watch a very drunk JR on the night he supposedly hit Zach; the DVD is date and time stamped. She begins to question him about all of his bad deeds and JR spills everything - about Kendall, about Babe. JR tries to get physical but Amanda keeps him talking about the faked kidnapping. JR changes the subject and begins to rant about the Greenlee plan. On the tape, Amanda stares at the camera and tells JR he needs to be punished!
