Erica arrives at Jack's as he hangs up the phone from giving Greenlee's description to a search agency. Erica asks where he was during Thanksgiving, Jack says he never intended to go and then tells Erica she can leave. She isn't sure what to think of that, especially when Jack quickly turns back to the phone and continues his calls for help for Greenlee. Erica tells him they need to rely on one another and offers to help; Jack can't believe her. "You wanted my daughter locked up but Kendall beat you to the punch," he says and shows her the forged documents that Joe gave him. He turns back to the phone but Erica grabs it from him and orders him to listen to her! She tells him she wants to make things right but Jack won't listen to her. "It's over," he says, "You and I are finished!" Erica can't believe what he is saying and tells Jack this is just another argument that they need to get over. Jack listens to her but nothing she says - not even another marriage proposal! - changes his mind. "Being married won't make a bit of difference," Jack says and tells her that she won't get her way this time around. She points out all the times she has forgiven him for mistakes - like losing custody of Bianca. Jack points out that the "mistakes" he has made all stem from not going along with Erica's plans. She thinks this is some sort of trick to make her beg him to come back. Sadly, Jack tells Erica that he is tired of her thinking of no one but herself and says he isn't Mona and he doesn't have an endless supply of love for her. He tells her that he is done with her self-centered actions. Erica can't believe what she is hearing and tells him to tell her he doesn't love her. Jack says he doesn't love her but she won't believe him. Jack opens the door, asking her to leave. She refuses to leave so Jack walks out the door himself!

Babe is getting ready to leave the Lavery's. She is a little annoyed that Richie didn't show up but mostly she is relieved that he isn't being forced to perform for Richie and Annie. Annie points out that Richie didn't show up for a reason and that the reason is probably some plan he has. Joe Martin calls Babe and tells her Richie is in the hospital! Annie and Babe leave for the hospital. Once there, Joe tells them Richie has contracted pneumonia, which is really dangerous with his leukemia. He also informs them Richie has been searching for Zach most of the night. Babe goes in to see him first. He tells her he wanted to help Zach because he has a family; then says he'll be fine. Annie watches them from the window. A few moments later, Babe leaves and Annie walks in. Richie tells her he is ready to confess! He tells her that he will confess to everything she wants him to confess to, not because he is guilty but because he has done other horrible things. Annie begins to cry and then tells Richie that he has to fight. He says the pain is too much and he just wants the whole ordeal to be over. Richie asks her to retrieve something from his pocket. Reluctantly, Annie opens his jacket and pulls a vial of drugs from it. Richie asks her to give him the vial so he can die!

Ryan goes to visit Kendall and the kids at the Slater home. He offers to let Spike stay the night and Kendall thanks him. She tells him there isn't any news about Zach and tries to stay positive. They sit with Ian for a while, talking about Zach the entire time. Ryan reminds her that Derek is on the case and so is most of the PVPD. She asks about Greenlee, wondering if he is still angry with her for the way she framed Greens. He tells her that they need to focus on Zach for now and says they don’t know if Greenlee was or is involved in the disappearance. Derek arrives but still doesn't have news about Zach. Kendall invites him in. Derek tells her they found JR's car, that the car was involved in some kind of accident and that the blood they found inside the car was a match to the blood they found at the crash site. Ryan asks about JR's arrest and both he and Kendall are stunned to learn that the cops can't find JR. Angry, Kendall begins to run from the house to find JR but Ryan stops her. Telling her that Ian and Spike need him, Ryan convinces her to stay. Derek promises to keep her apprised of the situation and leaves. "What happened to him? Where is he?" she asks. Ryan encourages her to have faith.

Tad arrives at the safe house, annoyed, because Aidan hasn't been checking in. Aidan reports to him that the motorcycles are still outside and that his friends in Canada haven't heard from Greens. Worried, Aidan wonders what could have happened to her. Tad tells Aidan that they will find her and leaves. Aidan turns back to his computer and returns to work. Tad returns a few minutes later and tells Aidan there is no sign of her around the house anywhere. Tad suggests they leave the house and return in the morning to begin following the trails around the place. Angry, Aidan yells that he can't leave Greens. Tad offers to stay with him but Aidan tells him to go home to his family. Tad tells Aidan to call if he finds anything and leaves. Aidan grabs a flashlight and goes out to search again. In the woods, he finds Greenlee's cell phone!

Meanwhile in the bomb shelter, Greenlee is freaking out because the hole has been sealed up. She thinks they are going to die down there! Zach stays quiet in the corner but the more Greenlee freaks out, the more annoyed he gets. She grabs several cans of food and throws them at the ceiling, yelling for help. Zach tries to hold her but Greenlee can't contain her rage and overturns a few shelves. Finally, she collapses on the cot. Zach sits down with Greens for a bit until she calms down. After a while, she gets up and begins to build a tower that they can climb to reach the top of the shelter. It isn't very high, which Zach points out, but Greenlee tries to climb to the steps anyhow. She is almost to the entrance when she falls. Zach grimaces and then goes to help her up. Greenlee is knocked out but Zach manages to rouse her. "Let me explain something to you: we're stuck in here, you and me," he says, "so pull it together." She hyperventilates and has a panic attack. To make her calm down, Zach kisses her! Greenlee begins to breath normally so Zach releases her but as soon as he draws away she begins to hyperventilate again. Zach tells her to think of someplace safe so in her mind, Greenlee goes to Aidan. He picks her up and takes her to a romantic meal being prepared in the shelter. Greenlee opens her eyes and thanks Zach for helping her calm down. He stands up and then collapses. Greenlee sits with him, begging him to wake up.
