It's Thanksgiving! Wednesday, November 21 2007

The Chandler and Martin clans celebrate Thanksgiving - together. The search for Zach and Greenlee continues.

Erica and Pam are readying for a visit from Celine Dion. She arrives and asks Erica how the family is doing. Pam delivers some interview notes. Erica takes a break to call Jack to learn about the search party. He doesn't want to talk to her; Erica asks him to join the Kane's for Thanksgiving dinner. Jack can't believe it and tells her he has to go. The show gets underway and Erica introduces Celine. She takes the stage and sings for the audience - it's her new single called "Taking Chances". After singing, Erica and Celine sit down to chat. Celine tells the viewers that everyone should take chances in their lives; Erica agrees and the show ends.

Krystal and Jenny arrive at The Comeback early to begin preparations for the family Thanksgiving get-together. Babe, Opal and Ruth arrive. Babe tries to tell Krystal about the dinner at Ryan and Annie's but Krystal won't let her get a word in edgewise. JR walks in and listens to them talk about Kendall and Zach. Krystal returns to work and Babe keeps trying to tell her about the Lavery dinner but can't. Tad comes in, says he'll stay for the meal but then wants to get back to the search party. Adam walks in, too, with a toy for Jenny. Amanda walks in and heads straight for Babe. She apologizes for her one-night-stand with JR but Amanda won't listen. She thanks them for the invite and then continues on her way. Krystal, at a table with Tad, talks about the kind of person who would hit Zach and continue on. Tad spots JR and goes over to talk to him. He tells JR what a great job he's been doing in making changes in his life; this only makes JR feel more guilty and he turns away. Tad tells him not to stay away from the family. Finally Babe gets Krystal to listen to her and tells her about the Lavery family dinner. Krystal is stunned and drags Babe into a corner, telling her she isn't going anywhere with Richie. JR joins them and Babe fills him in; he says it's fine even though Krystal tries to convince Babe (and JR) that the Lavery dinner is a mistake. Babe leaves to pick up little A. Hannah walks in and makes a beeline for Tad; she tells him she'll leave if that would be more comfortable for him. He asks her to stay and tells her not to worry about Adam and promises to keep her secrets. She asks about news from the search but Tad doesn't know anything. Julia and Kathy arrive.

In the hospital with Ian and Spike, Kendall prays that they will find Zach soon. Ryan walks in, takes Spike and hugs Kendall. He tells Kendall that he is going to join the search efforts. Kendall can't believe his generosity. She tells him about the picture she found and says she believes JR did it. Telling him that JR doesn't remember anything because he's been drinking, Ryan suggests they tell Derek everything. She says he already knows. Standing over Ian's crib, Kendall tells Ryan that Zach will keep his promise and come back to her.

Derek and the search crew are scouring the woods around the crash site. Jack arrives and argues with Derek, telling him that they need to be really careful so that Greenlee - if she's out there, too - won't be hurt. Though he doesn't want them there, Aidan and Jack join the search party trying to find Zach and Greenlee. Kendall and Ryan arrive and join in the search efforts. Ryan tries to keep Kendall's spirits up. She tells Ryan about the Thanksgiving dinner she had planned, wonders if Ian will grow up to be like Zach and begins to cry. "Ian is coming home today and his daddy is not there," she says, "this is wrong. This is wrong!" Derek comes over and tells them the weather is turning and they have to bring the search dogs back. Kendall is worried but Derek assures her the human searchers will continue. Ryan convinces Kendall to come with him back to the hospital. A while later, Derek gets a call from another detective who says they found blood on the seat of a car!

In the bomb shelter, Zach and Greenlee are resting. Greens wakes up first and sees a shaft of light through the hole they fell into. She limps over to Zach, who is in really bad shape, and places a cool cloth over his forehead. He is very groggy and seems to be having nightmares, which worries Greenlee. Finally he wakes but tries to push Greenlee away. She won't let him manhandle her and insists that he let her use a little water to keep him cool. Zach allows that. After a while, he realizes this is the day Ian was to come home from the hospital. He tells Greenlee they have to get out - now!

Meanwhile, Richie is in the woods beginning to look for Zach! When he doesn't find a sign of the other man, Richie begins kicking up leaves and throws a bit of a fit. "Tell me you drug yourself into the woods to die," he says and continues into the woods. Richie wanders around for a while but doesn't find any sign of Zach. He trips and falls. A tall mountain man walks up and tells Richie he doesn't belong there! The mountain man yells at Richie a while and then walks away. A little freaked out, Richie goes the other direction. Richie is becoming weaker by the moment but refuses to give up the search. He falls time after time but keeps getting up. He falls once more, looks to the side, and sees Zach's lighter! With renewed strength, Richie gets up and continues his search. Richie falls again and is having trouble breathing but refuses to give up on the search for Zach. He crawls through the woods and knocks some leaves into the hole! Greenlee gets excited and runs to the opening!

At the penthouse, Emma is drawing Thanksgiving pictures for all of their guests. Babe and little A arrive. Ryan comes in a few minutes later, telling them that there is no news from the search. None of them have seen Richie. She wonders why she got the invite and Annie says it's because Richie likes her. Babe reads between the lines and realizes they are trying to use her to get to Richie!

A while later, Colby and her hip-hop crew arrive at The Comeback, along with Jack and Lily. Both Jack and Lily are distracted by the search for Greens and Zach. Adam hands Colby a wad of cash to pay for movie tickets for her and the guys (they're planning a movie night later on); Tad steps up and gives them even more cash for popcorn! The kids disperse. Tad goes over to Jack and asks about the search; Jack doesn't know anything and is becoming more worried - and aggravated - by the moment. Derek arrives. Krystal calls everyone to the tables and begins to serve the food.

Aidan goes off on his own to search for Greenlee. He walks through the woods, calling for her but doesn't get an answer. When he can't find any trace of them, Aidan returns to the safehouse.

Kendall and Ryan arrive back at the hospital as Erica walks in. Kendall and Erica hug, then go into the NICU. Dr. Joe comes in and tells them Ian can go home soon.

Amanda arrives at the mental hospital to see Janet for the holiday.
