Tad Knows Hannah's Secret!Tuesday, November 13 2007 |
Hannah is on the trail of Aidan and tells Tad some secrets; Krystal tells Adam she isn't ready. Ava finds JR, drunk. Kendall and Zach argue. Aidan and Greenlee make love.
Zach calls Hannah and asks her to get on board and help Josh find Greenlee. She says she'll help. Zach hangs up and Hannah runs inside The Comeback. She spots Tad at the bar and gives him a big kiss. Tad asks Hannah if Zach knows she's playing hookey; Hannah tells him it isn't a big deal. They shoot a game of pool and Hannah begins to questions Tad, very subtly, about Aidan. Tad doesn't comment one way or the other. Hannah misses an easy shot and keeps up her questions, saying she would understand why Aidan would rescue Greenlee. Tad remains mum on the subject and then misses his own shot. Hannah changes the subject and asks if Tad has ever saved anyone; when he still won't talk she realizes he has saved a woman - a very important woman. They talk about the past until Tad gets a text message. Hannah asks for more coffee and when Tad leaves the table she checks out the message on his palm pilot. Tad returns and catches her snooping. Sadly, he tells her not to try to explain and asks her how much Zach is paying her to find Greenlee. Hannah surprises Tad, telling him that it isn't only Zach - it's Adam, too! Tad is completely confused. Hannah tells him that she feels she has to make up the past to Zach, then she tells him that Adam is blackmailing her to work with him because she slept with Alexander in the past! Tad is stunned. Hannah tries to explain and tells Tad that it happened when she was pregnant and alone. She continues to explain but Tad doesn't want to listen. He gets up to leave and she says she understands.
At the hospital, Kendall is sleeping in the Ian's room. She dreams that Greenlee is chasing her with a gun and dogs. She screams for help but no one is there for her. In the dream, Greenlee reaches her and shoots! But then the dream switches and Kendall holding the gun and Greens is the one who was shot - and dead! "He made me do it," she says to a second Greenlee in the dream. She wakes when Zach nudges her and says, "You made me do it!" They go outside the room and Kendall tells Zach about the dream, freaking out about it. Zach tries to calm her down and asks her to come to breakfast with him. That makes Kendall more angry because she feels like he is trying to fix everything. She starts a fight but Zach refuses to fight with her. Kendall keeps on, asking where Greenlee is and why he let her get away. When Zach still won't fight with her she brings up the blackout and begins to blame Zach for everything that has happened with Greenlee since. "All you had to do was nothing," she says. Finally Zach begins to get angry. He tells her to leave the past and in the past so they can move forward. Kendall isn't ready for that and tells him she can't forget the past as long as Greenlee is still out there. Zach starts to go into the NICU but Kendall keeps poking at him about her kids being in danger. Zach lashes out, reminding her that they are his kids, too. He tells her he will always do everything he can to protect her, Spike and Ian. Zach walks away. A nurse brings in some paperwork for Kendall. Zach returns a while later and asks Kendall if they can put their little war in the past. Kendall starts up with him again, bringing up JR and the embryos plot. Angry, Zach grabs a chair and throws around. He stomps off.
In their safe house, Greenlee and Aidan talk about what will happen next. Aidan makes sure all the doors and windows are locked and tells Greenlee that he has to go out to get to Kendall's own computer so he can get the goods on the Slaters. Greenlee doesn't want to be alone in Canada and asks Aidan if she can just stay in the safe house. He says no; she has to get to Canada as soon as possible. Aidan leaves the house. Greens begins to cry. A few moments later Aidan is back! He kisses Greenlee and takes her to the sofa. She thanks him for saving her and for coming back for her. Aidan tells Greenlee he heard her say she loved him. "I love you, too," he says! They make love. After, Greenlee begins to talk to Aidan and tells him that everything she wants is right now. He kisses her.
Adam is setting up a romantic date with Krystal at a fancy restaurant. She arrives with Jenny in tow. Adam suggests he find a nanny at the hotel for Jenny but Krystal turns him down. Seeing that Krystal isn't going to go for a romantic breakfast, Adam changes the subject and tries to welcome Jenny to the table. This only annoys Krystal more; she thinks Adam wants a permanent nanny - someone to raise Jenny - if they get back together. She brings up Tad, too, wondering if Adam really knows what he is in for. "When Jenny calls Tad "Daddy", how is that going to make you feel?" she asks. Adam tells her that he can overlook Krystal's infidelity, which doesn't calm Krystal's fears for the future. She leaves the restaurant. Krystal arrives back at the house just ahead of Tad. He asks where she went but they are interrupted by the doorbell. Tad answers to find Adam standing outside with a huge bouquet of flowers!
At the boathouse, Ava hears a cough and sees JR, unconscious and drunk, lying in the bushes. She wakes him and asks if he is okay. Still feeling wasted, JR says he is just enjoying nature. He tries to stand but can't and starts to laugh. Asking for her help, JR is stunned with Ava tells him to get away from her! JR finally gets up on his own and starts to head off. Ava asks if he is going off to get another drink. "Why shouldn't I?" JR asks angrily! He tells Ava that about his business failure. Ava tells him that doesn't excuse his drinking, she gets emotional and starts to relive some old memories, stunning JR. Her realizes that Ava sees him as she sees her mother - an alcoholic! He tells her that he isn't sick, he's just had a bad couple of days. She says it a few days off the wagon is as bad as a few years. JR gets in her face about her own problems - starting with her bald head and her murderer-fiance. JR walks out of the boathouse, falls down the steps and then leaves her behind. JR winds up at the hospital outside the Alcoholics Anonymous meeting room. One of the members arrives and tells JR about being sober for a year. He asks JR to come in but he won't. Instead, JR walks off down the hall.
